Great location. Very clean ,and VERY GOOD SERVICE!!!

we were ok with the staries, but it could be difficult for older people.

Need more seating in living room

The host was friendly and accommodating. The apartment was well furnished and clean. Florence was nothing short of amazing. The food, the sites, everything, and this place puts you in the center of it all!

The apartment is gorgeous and super spacious. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The bathrooms are updated and beautiful. The location is within walking distance of everything.

We thought there would be a terrace and there wasn't so that was a bummer. The steps up to the apartment are killer with luggage but that's to be expected in an old building, the location made up for it (but be prepared for a workout - it's the top floor of the building). It was difficult to meet the manager and get the keys, we waited for a while.

The location, the building and the apartment were great! 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, fresh bedding. Everything was fantastic.

Everything was fabulous and we are happy we picked this place for our trip to Firenze!! Marco was kind and helpful. The communication beforehand was quick and understanding. Comfortable, Clean, convenient, perfect! There was noise from the streets alte at night but you’d expect that from being in the city center but it didn’t keep us from sleeping. Lots of stairs for someone physically challenged, but we don’t mind stairs at all.

Beautiful apartment, right in the heart of the city. The location is excellent you are no more that a 10 minute walk to most of the main sights. The apartment is beautifully decorated with 2 good size bedrooms and 1 single size bedroom, there is also a futon in the living room so plenty of space for everyone. 3 excellent bathrooms with all the facilities you need. There also a washing machine and ironing facilities in the apartment, important for those of us that don't like wrinkled clothes!!! We were greeted by the owner Marco with a bottle of wine and lots of information about the city. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.

It's up 4 flights of stairs!!!! But well worth the climb

I’m constantly traveling and I can’t remember staying in an apartment like this before. Everything was perfect, from host communication and kindness, to apartment’s location, decoration, furniture, functionality and comfort. I definitely recommend it for a family or group stay.
