property was great ! location condo everything was excellent

Very pretty, very clean, property owners very responsive, VERY close to the beach and nice view. Lot's of towels and also had some extra blankets. Beach items in closet as well. Front desk was nice too. Pool was great. Beach access right behind the building.

Ran out of toilet paper and kitchen smelled like someone had cooked Indian or Chinese. Otherwise really nice place.

Very clean apartment, very spacious, very nice balcony which was pleasant to sit on in the evening.

Was unable to do an early check in, however the ladies cleaning was nice enough to let us drop off our heavy luggage so we didnt have to haul it aroung. After arriving I requested the password for their internet and was never sent the password. The blinds in both the living room area and bedroom were broke and missing would have been very disappointing if a dark room was desired.

Perfect location - just on the beach, modern furniture, a lot of of day light, comfordable balcony.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Very clean. The balcony view is amazing. The bathroom needs a few repairs but other than that I enjoyed my stay

It was exactly as, if not easier to fit in for our requirments than explained to us. It was quite wonderfully spacious and modern and fresh and clean, even more than the pictures suggested. The folks at the front desk, and door, where very nice and helpful. The view down the street was always interesting, as was seeing the ocean and beach, etc.

I found there to be more people around, especially at the relatively small beach, than expected and hoped for, I suppose probably because it was still March Break for some. Having the tennis channel on TV would have been nice. I suppose the price reflects the cost of going through a home rental service (if not only Booking.com?) and the resort (City based?) and cleaning fees were a bit high, if not standard issue. The condo owner provided a reasonable price, and all the help we needed, over time. More places to eat at in the neighborhood, for us traveling without a car, would also have been preferred, but the kitchen worked for us in such regard. I have good/positive memories of the place by and large.
