Having to go to HYDE to get the beach rentals, limiting of towels, expenses or restaurant/ drinks

Didn't have a chance to enjoy anything it rain through out my stayed

Paying $35 a day for parking was not fair, plus tax

The front desk is horrible, very rude that it's the face of the hotel

Clean, comfortable

Our room had a view to the dumpster area, defeats the balcony. The cross to the beach, too long. The beach chairs too close together, it makes it suffocating. Nothing around for late dinner nor drinks.

The employees are friendly. I want to thank Kristin for being really helpful and ensuring that we had a good stay.

The hotel smells musty. It was mostly the hallways that smelled like that.

Staff did not clean my room and I gave them a 24 hour notice . They just left clean towels . I called to complain the next day and no one showed up till 4pm and they put new pillowcases on but the same dirty sheets and left towels . I sat on the balcony and watched them

The queen room was great. We were given the 10th floor for a inner-coastal & pool view. Breakfast staff was friendly and the food was great. The menu had a lot of options; avocado toast, omelettes, pancakes, waffle, etc. When we first arrived to this location, we weren't greeted by anyone. We had to go find someone to help us with check in. The place is very clean and the management staff was very caring about our needs and how our stay was going so far. I have to call out two managers that made our stay exceptional. KRISTEN & ISA.. I might be spelling ISA's name wrong, but without them, we wouldn't of had the amazing experience we ended up having. Kristen reached out about our stay, and I mentioned what my concerns were. She was very quick to make sure we had the best stay possible, and Isa made sure everything went smoothly. I apologize if I'm spelling Isa's name wrong again and I couldn't find the text messages with her name. I also have to note that the pool area is AMAZING. It's probably the best pool footprint out of all the hotels in that area. The staff & the tiki bartenders were exceptional. We'd definitely stay here again. Overall, this location is great place to stay if you're heading to the Hollywood and/or Miami area.

The pictures are a little deceiving with mentioning ocean side/pool side view. You need to get the correct rooms for that view.

Arrived at hotel around 7pm and was informed by front desk rep that my room wouldn’t be ready until 10:30/11pm at night . The rep didn’t give no explanation.

the property charged us for tax and fees even though when we booked with booking.com we were told we paid all fees when we checked out all of the computers were down so we could not get a receipt for our stay. they said we would receive an email. three calls and still no email.

I was hoping breakfast would be included but we ended up going somewhere else.

Room floor and bathtub were dirty. The carpets needed shampooing. Lots of stains.

For some reason I was charged for something which nobody from the hotel has even had the decency to get back to me about even though I sent them two emails. Would not stay here again due to this problem. I am now having to pursue through my credit card company.

Room was paid for in full but I still had to pay a 300 deposit. That’s something that should be stated up front

Service was not good the hotel was freezing the staff was lost.

The service went terrible down in last years- you have to ask many times if you want room cleaning and then hope you get it. The price is absolutely not corresponding with what you get. We have been there many times, but this time was definitely the last one
