location was good, but not much of a walking location to restaurants

Staff very rude and condescending. Valet park person was very dismissive and rude. Refused to give proper information. Registration process terrible bc staff is very rude.

It's proximity to the venue of my Conference, and to the beach

I got a mail alleging noise from my room when I was the only one, and did not even on the television set throughout. Then in one of the days there was an alarm in the entire building, I think, that was on for a reasonable moment and no explanation was given.

Good location and nice beach. About 1.0 miles from the boardwalk. A lot of walkable restaurants &/or short ride. The door guys were fantastic and very nice. It is nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a family of 4. Plenty of space but few comforts within the apartment. Beware that there is a $250 refundable security deposit. If you want a no frills basic apartment in a good area this is the place to rent. Nice ocean view from the balcony. Photos are accurate in listing.

No beach chairs or beach towels, no ceiling fans, 1 tv with only BASIC cable channels and you can't stream, sofa only holds max of 3 people- needs more furniture and lighting, only light in family room/living room is 1 ceiling light (I bought 6 light bulbs because it was so dark). No ice maker, no bake ware so can't use the oven. Furniture is basic. No cleaning supplies. No rugs. Microwave smelled awful. No heat. We were there for 7 days and we couldn't get the place warmer than 63 degrees over Christmas (coldest days in 30 years) and owners didn't do anything about it. Beware of the Noise Aware gadget plugged in. We got text from the owners that we were loud yet 2 out of 4 of us were out to dinner. The TV is so awful that you can't hear it unless its at max volume which I guess set off the noise gadget that is plugged in near dining room table. The owners could add a few basic amenities that would cost very little yet add a lot of comfort to this dated apartment especially for people who are flying in.

Location is excellent, better than expected.

Property clearly in need of maintenance, and plenty of rules like a separate security deposit after booking, but if you pay attention to the description and the guest comments you know exactly what to expect. I was there for the location -- all else was as expected!

the master bathroom needs better cleaning . the shower walls looks like it has mildew. putting some throw rugs on the floor . overall I would book it again

Everything it was the most beautifulest place I ever stayed and I want to stay there again as soon as possible

Great beach, location felt very safe. Apartment was comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was very RUDE!!! Didn't give a list of rules at check in so my adult daughter came in the front door from the beach the front desk lady yelled at her.
