i feel great stay at novena because i got discount for the price. if i didn't get the discount maybr i will think twice to stay at novena

food for breakfast not vary room is not very clean

The room is spacious for that price

At first the aircon in room 642 isn't working, after we call receptionist they send staff to check and it can't be fixed so we request for another room to the staff but they said all rooms already booked that night. After that we call the receptionist and explain the problems and guess what? They OFFER us a new room. Why the staff that check our room said they already full booked? Why they not suggest to ask receptionist? And in room 648 we can't lock the door and also in room 642 the floor sounds cracking

Rooms have faulty windows which will end you in sleepless night as its near the road. Motorbike sounds can be heard inside especially in the night when everything is quiet!!!
