Location is great, close to groceries/food if needed, easy to access the room as there are elevators, there is also swimming pool in the public space.
It could be cleaned a bit more better, especially the bathroom. Some area in the room were dusty when we arrived and there were unfortunately ants from the leftover food.

I like some one to meet me at the lobby and give me the key and escort me to my room and ensure all things are working properly before leaving me in my room.
I found that the light in my room has been caput. I also found that no drinking water available. The sofa in the living room was to small hence can be used for sleeping. Also no soap and tooth paste and brush in the bath room.

The room was pretty clean and has a homey vibes.
I checked in at 5 pm because the staff was sleeping. I was so lucky that my son's apartment is in the building so i can rest after a terrible traffic from jakarta. I think it's so unprofessional and should never be repeated again.
