Perfect central location. Very quiet. Short walk8ng distance to Villa d'Este. Outstanding host.

A Casetta home was very nice - clean, good looking, with its own atmosphere. There was everything one might need for a couple of days stay. Our host helped us with advises and recommendations about the places we wanted to visit and places to eat. The house itself is actually in the heart of the historical center so everything was just few minutes walking away. Villa D'Este - 5 min, Vila Gregoriana - up to 7 min, Rocca Pia castle (temporarily closed) - 10 minutes. There is spacious paid parking at Piazza Massimo - just 7 minutes walking distance. As an advice for the drivers - follow the main roads. I almost stack up with my car following the instructions of my navigation (guiding me trough the narrow streets of the historical part of the town).

Actually it was not at all a problem for us but the staircase (up to the second floor) is very steep.

The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Very good location. Fast comunication and response from the host. Not that we didn't like it, but as travelers and also ex owners of b&b and foreigners we recommend to the host: - make it easier for guests to understand how to through trash separated correctly. Maybe have same type of trash cans and write on each, type and day. -also it woukd be nice to be able to enjoy the small balcony with the great old architecture and some flowers 😉 But all was ok. Thank you for a nice stay.

Gianluca is a super host. He communicated well with us, gave us directions and met us on arrival. He gave us restaurant and site seeing suggestions and had local maps and information brochures available in the apartment. The apartment was well stocked and within easy walking distance from the local attractions. The breakfast goodies he supplied were a treat and appreciated.
