The location

It was not clean… it is infested with roaches !!!! They are everywhere, especially the Kitchen. Even In the refrigerator !!!

Close to beach. Cherry Grove community is a great area with great food options and outdoor activities.

They upgraded us to a dump. The doors were all broke. They put queen size bedding on a king size bed, they did purchase king size sheets for us but not a comforter. Only half the outlet worked. Tv's weren't set up for cable, we had to do that ourselves. We purchased bedding and towel but only got bath towels, no dish towels or hands towels or wash rags. The place was full of roaches, and they brought us spray to use but we had a puppy so we couldn't use it. They place was filthy and the original bed sheets were full of dirt. The host wouldn't answer phone or return calls, had to email only, they didn't have an office as we went to 3 that we found online but none were associated with them. The company phone never gets answered and they don't return calls. The yard was beautiful in pictures but not useable, muddy mess with, not much grass. I could go on!!

Nothing

Everything it was smelly, storm doors off hinges, siding coming off outside, not clean at all, finger prints on the microwave, fridge and table, one of the 2 sleeper sofas was disgusting! Closet door was off it’s hinges standing in the room to fall on someone. the photos online are NOT the hoots of this property!!! We didn’t stay they relocated us to another location but we lost the first vacation day during that process. They also charged us a “cleaning fee” and made me sign a new agreement with different dates than we were actually staying for the new arrangement! I had already paid in full for the stay as well as pet & cleaning fees! We needed a lower level since my parents are elderly and couldn’t get it so they had to climb 2 sets of stairs to enter the house. Therefore they didn’t venture out as much as they normally would have. I rented a golf cart so that I could take them to the beach since they were fighting 2 flights of steps! We were only given Wi-Fi info and the unlock code to the new place. Then I took photos and sent of the fridge we had to clean it before we could put our food inside it had “red meat juice” inside drawers and had not been wiped down before our arrival. We figured out the TV just using Netflix in the living room on day 2 but the bedroom tv we could not get it to sign on to anything. The realty company NEVER checked on us to see if we were ok after relocating us. The blankets for the beds were finally located at the end of day 2 in the dryer!!! By that time we had gone and bought some so we didn’t use theirs. The second place was nice but due to the circumstances I would not rent from this rental company ever again!

The place was not clean. The was dirt the couches was dirty. There was trash still there. The bedding that I paid extra was was not clean it had blood stain on sheets an pillow cases. Shower curtain was torn in several places.

The place was a walking distance to the beach. Had a small back yard with a grill that we enjoy. Had 3 parking space. The inside of the place was nice.

WiFi was acting up, only work maybe 50% of our stay. The room with 1 bed was not comfort, needs a new mattress. When going on vacation we trying to take the least things not taking the bed sheets for every bed that's needed in the place or buying cleaning supplies.

The location was great!

They don't provide even the basic necessary things. Which was my bad for not reading the property listing very well. No cold water in the kitchen, tried to turn it on from under the sink and then it was pouring down the wall behind the fridge. Toaster didn't work, TV in living room didn't work, they expected you to clean everything up before leaving but only provide a broom and mop.

It was an easy walk to the beach and pier.

What wasn't there!? LOL. I should've read the reviews first. I try to be a positive person but this place was not great. Speaking as a parent of an allergy kid... the beds were scary! The comforters they provided were disgusting! (I hadn't planned on using them anyhow). The pillows too! I went and bought all new pillows for our stay. Don't even get me started on the couches. Of course cockroaches paid us visits! I just kept all our stuff in our suitcases the whole time and we didn't keep food there at all. Two positives: brand new fridge lol and the microwave worked great! However, the washer was full of water the day I arrived (from the previous renter) and when I told the "Host" all they suggested was that I put it on the spin or drain cycle. "Eyeroll". Needless to say I left it the way it was when I arrived. Probably best to go elsewhere.
