The kitchen is well equipped, the house and garden are spacious. The owner communicates well and very helpful at all times.

Barbecue on the terrace was great addition!

Unfortunately during night we got couple of cockroaches to kill. (From street not that the house is full of them)

The has is very spacious with an amazing garden/terrace and great ocean view. Porto Santo is stunning. Everything was perfect! It'a a bit far away from the main city so if you set yourself for party in the center this is not the best location. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing spot with amazing terrace and tropical plants this is your choice. Great contact with the owner. Very close to the beach. Pizza place and a small shop just around the corner. Bus stop 100m. We had a blast!!!!

As far as this should be the summer house i don't find any cons. You can tell the the house is for sale and there could be a small refurbishment done but the house hase a great potential anyway. Great spot!
