Very comfortable and nice bathroom and big room and the room service.

When we first arrived the air didn't work but eventually it did and everything was OK after that. Also not enough storage in the room or bathroom.

The hotel was clean, comfortable the the room was enormous. Very clean and comfortable with a pleasant lobby area and a very nicely appointed pool area. The location was perfect, not far from International Drive and within walking distance to the Mall at Millenia which is one of the nicer US malls with a very good selection of restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Staff were professional and friendly.

For such a nice place, we found it highly unusual that the (pretty decent) breakfast was served up on paper plates and with plastic cutlery. You would think that a place as nice as this would not get this wrong.

Un peu excentré, cet hôtel très confortable présente de très belles prestations : piscines, jeu d'échecs extérieurs, parking, chambres spacieuses (suite familiale), propres et très confortables. Le personne d'accueil était charmant... et très disponible. Vraiment une belle expérience avec les 2 enfants.

Un peu excentré. Il n'y a pas grand chose aux alentours, même pour dîner...

The only good about this hotel is the location.

The staff is careless and not interested in helping you. When I check in, the receptionist told me that there weren’t any king room !! But when I insisted on having a king room as I booked in booking, He told me “oh sorry I found one” !! When I entered the room the AC was broken and they told me to wait to the next morning to fix it !! The AC is next to the bed and the sound is so loud that we had to close it at night. The room is not soundproof and you could hear other doors opening and closing. The room faced the hotel entrance where the sun rises and the curtains do not block well. So i ended up waking up around 6 everyday. I asked for a hair dryer and got it after 30 minutes. The hair dryer was damaged and I ended up ordering another one !

The room is very comfortable, ideal size to accommodate 4 people and the fact that I can walk to Millenia Mall in a few minutes is amazing!

Amei esse hotel. Ao lado do shopping The Mall At Milenia. Quartos limpos, funcionários atenciosos. Deram um bolinho no aniversário da minha filha, no outro dia uma outra filha chorando e trouxeram um balão a gas pra ela. Amei este hotel! Voltaria com toda certeza.

O que nao gostei nao tem nada a ver com o hotel, mas meu cartao de debito da Nomad foi debitado na entrada como caução e no final novamente. O hotel ja falou com o banco, mas até agora nao resolveram, Estamos correndo atras dessa questao.
