Beautiful hotel very clean, great location

They charged me for incidentals on two separate cards. One for 127 and 50 and the other for 50. When I called to get this corrected, they said it would fall off in 10 days. This is crazy when the room was already over 300 dollars to stay there.

Nicely decorated & clean.

Not enough coffee in room (2 pods for 2 days). Two tissues were stuffed down inside an empty tissue box (it was obvious that the staff knew the box was empty but they didn't replace it). The bottle of conditioner in the shower was empty. I requested a 1st floor room and was placed on the 3rd floor. There was not room service even though there was a restaurant in the hotel.

Great location, right across the street fron the university. Several places to eat a few steps out the door. They have their own, good, restaurant also. I would use again.

Only ding no breakfast while costing 25 to 40% more than other hotels in the area. Its minor, but I was surprised not even a granola bar. It had been a while since Ive stayed at a high-end hotel w/o breakfast.

Location location is great!

It smelled like cigarettes in my room.. and the floors could’ve been clean just a little better I saw trash on the sides of the bed and the shower corners were dirty

Very clean, staff was great, no problems or issues. Literally close to everything. I liked it so much that I booked another night.
