Everything was excellent the rooms, facilities and location

The staff had me and other residents sitting outside the office for 45 minutes while they was in the back. I had just got off work and worked 7- 12 hours and was tired. Just needed to get my key for the room. My first time ever waiting that long for service at a hotel. Very displeased

I didn’t like ANYTHING about it

The water was turned off completely for more than several hours one day. The toilet got stopped up & overflowed it took them over an hour to come & see about it. Then the maintenance man just left without fixing it & never came back. I had to go buy a plunger myself & fix the problem. The woman at the front desk was very rude when speaking to me. Her attitude was not good any time I interacted with her.

The fact I had a place to lay my head

They did not honor online booking..or any online accommodations at all and by me being out of town. I wouldn't recommend anyone with a family to stay to get there to see that have no vacancy or place to stay.
