We stayed for 5 weeks at the height of the summer. The villa was excellent and our stay fantastic from start to finish. The villa is spotless and modern and had all the amenities we needed for a young family. High chair and potty and baby bath were available and Magdalena the hair sourced another high chair for us when other members of the family arrived. The pool and air conditioning were welcome in the hot weather. The villa is in a Quiet residential neighbourhood right next door to a large mercadona supermarket which is well stocked. 3 minute drive to a big Lidl. Restaurants/shops/beach 15 minute walk away and easy access. Nearby there is a tennis club and large heated outdoor municipal pool and children pool which was enjoyed by the family too (free). Julia’s cafe across the road (open from 0600- perfect for young families) is lovely for breakfast. Marabans/nusa Dua down at the beach also worth a mention for brunch or dinner. Car parking always available outside of property. Magdalena deserves a special mention. She is an amazing host. Immediate reply to wattsapp queries and always there to help. She purchased another buggy for us via her Amazon account and dropped it off at the property. She offered a new blender to make purée for the children. Recommended some lovely restaurants nearby. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is great. Would Highly recommend this property and Magdalena as a host. Can picafort beach is not as nice as nearby alcudia (especially for children) but it is a short drive or easy bus journey away - and the bus goes from right outside the villa. All in all a lovely stay. Thank you Magdalena

Magdalena was very helpful even before arrival as travelling with family and young Grandson required a cot and high chair and that wasn’t a problem ! We we even allowed to check in early as the previous occupants left the previous day and cleaning was already done prior to our arrival around lunchtime which was really nice ! Villa is spacious and the 4 shower rooms are very helpful and no waiting for a shower! The pool was very useful when the sun got too hot for a nice cooling down ! The Mercadona supermarket a 2 minute walk is situated at the rear of the villa which was very convenient ! Magdalena lives very close and is always on hand if needed ! Just one thing Magdalena some pot plants would be nice around the perimeters of the garden area but that’s only an opinion ! All in all a good week was had by all ! Will return again one day for sure ! Thanks for everything Magdalena !

We had a super time at Villa Savina. Special thanks to Magdalena for being so helpful with the booking and our arrival and departure times and being there when we arrived. The Villa is as the photos, all very comfortable and now has a tablet tennis table outside. The supermarket is just round the corner so you can easily pop out for what ever you need. Its a short walk to the beach and also to the man restaurant area. We would recommend to ohers

Amazing from beginning to end!! Magdalena as a host was fantastic and so helpful - even before we had arrived - and such a lovely lady to meet!l in person too! Her holiday home is immaculate and had everything you could think of!! We were very blessed with lovely weather during our stay, and managed to enjoy the swimming pool everyday, have a few bbq’s, walk to the beach each day and also eat out at some incredible restaurants (we highly recommend Vinicinis!) The villa was spotless and we were made to feel welcome and at home from the minute we arrived. There are plenty of shops around, and even though we arrived on Good Friday, there was still a small selection of shops open for us to buy some supplies to tide us over until the bigger shops opened the next day. There is also an incredible little bakery not too far away that sells the most delicious pastries!! The added bonus of a washing machine and clothes line was amazing and meant we didn’t have to return back home with loads of washing to do. Thanks again for everything Magdalena - it was the best birthday I’ve ever had, and the wonderful family memories that were made are priceless!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Mallorca - it’s was our first time and we all loved it!!

Magdalena is such a fantastic host, always happy to help you out and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The villa was the best equipped one we have ever been to. Beach towels, washing liquid, shower gel, charcoal etc. Welcome drinks cold in the fridge when we got there. The villa is very central for good supermarket, cafe, bar, restaurants and the beach. It was easy to get there from the airport by bus and could manage with out a hire car there no problem. All in all a very nice place that I would recommend. Thank you Magdalena for being so nice.

A thoroughly charming host, Magdalena was very welcoming, helpful and kind. Villa Sabina was everything our two families required. The kids loved the pool, the Mums loved the air conditioning and the Dads loved the location, very close to the supermarket and an easy walk to the beach. Having towels for the beach included was a massive help as well as use of parasols and inflatables. We would definitely recommend this property and resort.

Great location for exploring North Mallorca with it's beautiful coves, bays, beaches and mountains. We stayed as a family of 5 (with three teenage boys) plus granny who stayed for one of the weeks. The property was well equipped with household essentials as well as wifi and aircon in all rooms.The kitchen was compact but more than adequate for preparing family meals. Magdalena, the property host, was great. She made us feel very welcome and had left some refreshments in the fridge for our arrival. She was readily contactable via Whatsapp and responded to any queries we had. We rented a car from the airport, however, the property is well served with public transport and has good connections to neighbouring resorts and Palma. We enjoyed some activities with Seaiew Kayaks (guided sea kayaking) based in Can Picafort, and Coasteering/Cliff jumping with Mon d'Aventura who have their office base in Pollenca. We also enjoyed surf board lessons with Watersports Mallorca based in Playa de Muro just a few miles north of Can Picafort. One of our favourite beaches was Cala Barque, just north of Pollenca in Saint Vincenc, which was ideal for snorkelling. Overall the villa was ideal for us for a family holiday - providing us with independence and privacy, but with loads of facilities and options on our doorstep.

The villa was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. About 10 mins walk to a lovely beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The owner was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I definitely recommend this villa but if booking a transfer stay away from ABC transfers!!!

All the amenities were available including utility room, kitchen utensils, microwave, cooker, toaster, coffee maker, even a dishwasher :) Pool, sunbeds, towels, air conditioning in every room we could ask for anything more. Supermarket just round the corner to get shopping was a blessing. We had a fantastic stay at this Villa and only 10 minute walk to the beach with loads of shops,bars and restaurants for everyones taste. The beach, golden sands and sea was amazingly clear, you do have to pay for beds and umbrellas but was worth doing. Magdalena the owner was so polite and friendly she made you feel so welcome and very helpful if you needed anything and always with a wonderful smile. We are all fussy people and we couldn't fault any part of out stay. We had a fantastic holiday and didn't want to leave that says it all....... We would definitely recommend this place to stay and will be booking again soon.

Beautiful villa great for large groups of friends or family. Magdalena is an attentive host, providing me with a baby bath and warm blankets on our last night. All the rooms are a good size and have lovely walk in showers (newly renovated bathrooms). The villa is barely 5 minutes from a good size supermarket, 15-20 minute walk from the beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. Pool is lovely but a bit cold during our stay (weather wasn’t in our favour), the sun beds were in a lovely sun trap. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Magdalena was brilliant and attended immediately to our requests. She provided us lots of information on places that we could visit. Unfortunately, the weather was against us, cold and rainy! But did manage to explore some of nearby sites. The villa is well equiped with bathroom attached to each bedroom is a real plus point, especially as we were a group of 8. Enjoyed our short stay at the villa and would have been brilliant if we were able to make use of the small swimming pool and outside amenities. The villa is bright with lot's of daylight and very clean. Definitely recommend to anyone and we were proud to keep up with the high standard of cleanliness in the villa. The only downside we experienced is the lack of hot water if more than 3 people want to have a shower at the same time. Hot water tank takes a long time to heat up otherwise very good overall.

Firstly, the communication prior to arrival was spot on. Magdalena answered all questions regarding the accommodation, location and logistics almost instantly when using the homeaway/ownersdirect messaging system. We travelled as 2 adults and 2 young girls, so the villa was spacious for us. The pool, although looking small in the pictures was perfectly fine for 4 people at once. The facilities were absolutely fine, it was clean and I can't think of anything that Magdalena didn't have in the villa (umbrellas too which we needed on our last day!!). The Mercadona supermarket is about 3 minutes walk away, and is not your typical tourist supermarket - it is very competitively priced and stocks everything you could possibly need. Plenty of local restaurants around a 10 minute walk away. Air conditioning was available in all rooms; very effective and you could keep the villa very cool without sticking them all on maximum. The location was lovely and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the typical tourist trap areas. Can't speak highly enough of Magdalena, who provided plenty of suggestions of places to visit, resolved all our issues - as well as surprising us with an 'ensaimada' in our second week. Lovely person, and would have no hesitation in visiting again. Thank you!

We only visited for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday but this villa was just perfect! Magdalena was so lovely and accommodating with us, even recommending lovely restaurants and helping us with taxi services before we got to the villa. The rooms are a great size with plenty of space and storage. It was great to have a bathroom on every room as we were all getting ready at the same time! Outside is well maintained and the pool is small but perfect for a quick dip to cool down. the beach is a 15 minute walk away and the bars and restaurants are very close. All in all, a great find!

This was our 1st visit to Can Picafort and it is a lovely resort. The villa is in a great location, next to a Mercadona Supermarket and about 5-10 minute walk to the beach front where the shops, bars & restaurants are. The beach is beautiful in Can Picafort and next door to Alcudia. The villa is lovely and has everything you need in it. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker , fridge. Also has a dulce gusto machine for a nice coffee ! Their is a barbecue and nice area outside to sit and have a meal. All the rooms have air conditioning with remote controller for each room. Magdalanea provided us with a travel cot & high chair for our child which was great ! The villa is located on a side street with other villas on each side of you . The other residents in the street had dogs that did bark alot and disturbed our sleep at times. That was the only thing that was an inconvenience. Thank you Magdalanea you were helpful and lovely 👍🏻

My family of 7 adults stayed in this beautiful villa for 10 days and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The villa itself is lovely, situated in a quiet street close to beach, supermarket, restaurants, bars and clubs. The villa has four good sized double rooms with ample storage and each has its own en suite. Three are on the ground floor with doors opening onto the pool and the upstairs one has a large balcony overlooking the same area.The kitchen is fully equipped as is the laundry area. The lounge is nicely decorated and comfortable with plenty of seating, a large dining table, tv and DVD player. The garden is lovely with a small pool, sun loungers, garden table and BBQ, which is lovely for al fresco dining. The villa, pool and garden are all Clean and tidy. We hired 2 cars (parking is on a quiet street outside the gate of the property) and explored the area, my favourite place being Alcudia old town which is really quaint and is worth a visit. The supermarket is minutes away by foot from the villa and is reasonably priced. The sea is only a short walk away and is very clean and blue, the beach front has restaurants, bars and shops and a couple of clubs for the younger generation. There is a hotel close to the villa with a rooftop bar, this is also definitely worth visiting, it has a amazing view of can picafort and they even provide blankets if you get a bit chilly. Magdalena is lovely, she is extremely helpful with advice about the area and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend this villa for a perfect holiday setting.

On holiday with my 3 grown up children for a 5 night break. The villa was very clean and was well equipped for all our needs. The pool was an added bonus which we did enjoy. The villa is in a ideal location with the beach and bars/restaurants all within a short walk and also supermarket 2 mins walk. The owner Magdalena was at the villa to greet us and was more than helpful in showing us around the villa and letting us know all about the local amenities etc. We all had a great time and would recommend this villa to anyone.
