Lack of air conditioning, but we where there in 35 degrees so it was really hot!

The host was very pleasant and friendly. The apartment was well presented and exceptional clean.

We loved Annecy and the location of this property was great, easy walking distance from the train station and also a short walk into the old town to do site seeing. The host was friendly and helpful. We experienced an issue where the toilet was blocked but our host sorted this out within a few hours of us contacting him.
I can highly recommend this property and this host.
It would have been nice to have a full size broom for sweeping.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and in a great location.

Perfect location. Clean comfortable apartment.
We stayed during the hot season. There is no AC or a fan so we were opening windows to get crosswind. It helped, but then there was too much noise from outside.

Excellent location close to train station and town centre. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious apartment. Lovely bakery and useful supermarket just a few doors away.
Didn't have access to recycling bins in the apartment building. Occasionally noisy (on the street outside) at night time.

Property was good location and exceeded expectations for size and comfort. Very neat apartment.
1 - the little edges between salon and kitchen and the main room and hallway hurt your feet when you kick it.
2- Shower is not good, it makes everything wet
3- Keys don't work for rubbish door access. Got lost in the cave...Why do guests need cave keys?
4 - change TV language to French/English - Russian? was impossible.
