The staff was very helpfull.

The remote control is high-tech. It can control light, music and TV in just one gadget. The music is nice and there is a lot of different types of lighting as well. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast provided is good too.

First, the location is super inconvenient. We didn’t book a car, so we walked for more than 20 minutes from the nearest bus station to the hostel... it’s really time-consuming and tired because we had our luggage!! Second, the hotel said they could help us call a taxi to drive us to our destination, so we asked them for help. However, it’s SUPER WEIRD that they told us to give our room key to them because they don’t have a spare one... I don’t think it should have happened in any kind of hostel... It is not mentioned in the reminders of the room key nor by the staff at first. So I was thinking whether we were being cheated. Luckily, we didn’t lose our belongings. (We locked our luggage before going out!! We were clever!!) Third, the taxi that this hostel booked for us costed a fortune... The taxi driver told us that he has a contract with the hostel, so I think they may collude. The distance was 11km but it costed 600TWD for 3 people! We just took the taxi for 20 minutes! When we arrived, we asked a local and he said it normally cost 70TWD!! WTH.... Maybe it’s not the fault of the hotel... but you better not ask for a taxi there.
