The location is near the highway.
Room 506 was clean and comfortable.
The password key is easy to use without checkout.
Pizzawas are available only in 10 minutes, and you can eat in your room. The price is also low, about 7 Eur. Drink automat is not very expensive either. The prices are not high anyway.
The car park is convenient, accessible, and safe, just in the hotel's yard. The car park is free of charge.
Malls and markets are nearby although we did not need them.
The hotel price is also low comparing Austrian city hotels.
Room are little toosmalll. Heating is with air-conditioner which I do not prefer over radiators.
The laboratory is easily closed and no chance to adjust. So I had to remove the partgwith manually.

Modernes sauberes Hotel mit einem Topp-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ohne Auto ist die Lage etwas schwierig, doch mit Auto gibts einen grossen gratis Parkplatz! Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm und ruhig und das Frühstück (optional) passt zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Beim nächsten Seminar-Wochenende buche ich hier auf jeden Fall wieder!
Auch für alleinreisende Frauen sehr zu empfehlen (das ist leider nicht überall der Fall :) )

The breakfast is really good. Caffee is also okay from coffe mashin. Hotel has a lots of parking places. 15 minutes to the city centre by car.
Something missing at breakfast. One day no bread, one day no fruits. Staff was flexible whe we told them. Take a tray yourself when you have a breakfast. Staff is nervus if you forget it. No cupboard in the room.

I liked the self-checkin and the big parking lot. Some hotels say "yes we have free parking" and they have five parking spot for 100 rooms, but this hotel has far enough for all the guests. The room was silent and comfy.
We arrived late and left early so i can't say anything special, we literally just slept here :)

Die Lage war perfekt, ausreichend Parkplätze.
Das Frühstücksbuffet, speziell Wurst und Käse, könnte man besser lösen. Es war kaum möglich 1 Blatt Schinken oder Käse zu nehmen, da alles im Stapel angeboten wurde.

Sehr gutes und preisgünstiges Hotel im Süden von Graz. Zimmer sind OK und sauber.
Parkplatz ist zwar kostenlos aber total überfüllt.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel und sehr freundliche ich kann sage das wir sicher nochmal Buchen werden.
Frühstücke ist auch sehr gelungen da es geachtet würde das auch für andere Nationalität essen gab.
Nur was uns gefällt hat das wir in den Zimmer keine Minibar hatten. Das der Druck bei den Duschen nicht ausreichend ist für Männer schon für Frauen mit langen Haaren ein wenig schwer. Aber das ist nicht schlimm ich wollte nur mal unsere sache bescheid geben aber wir sind sehr zufrieden.

schöne Zimmer, ausreichend groß, Badezimmer sauber und gut aufgeteilt, großes Fenster und Klimaanlage im Zimmer
extrem laute Lüftungsgeräusche die ganze Nacht hindurch, Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig z.B. Zimmernachbar hatte offensichtlich Schnupfen weil jedes Niesen und Schnäuzen gehört wurde, Schließmechanismus von anderen Türen war extrem laut zu hören, wenn eine Tür zu einem anderen Zimmer zugefallen ist war das ebenfalls deutlich zu hören und zu spüren, Allgemein sehr laut!

Room and toilet was not clean lot of dust, Hairdryer was blocket to work normaly how hi was dirty..Staff in evening was ok, But jong man for breakfast was not frendly and helpfull.

Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, elektronisches einchecken war ok. Zimmercode wurde per e-mail versendet.
Sauberes kleines Zimmer, relativ ruhig.
Sauberes Badezimmer, man konnte das Fenster ganz öffnen.
Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Hotels war die Klimaanlage aus. Dadurch war das Zimmer kein Kühlschrank.
Auschecken praktischerweise nicht notwendig.
Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto, Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Corona-Attest wurde per e-mail vorab von uns verlangt, da Rezeption nicht besetzt.
Für die Löschung unserer Atteste (=medizinischer Daten) mussten wir eine extra e-mail schreiben, da wir nicht wussten ob unsere Daten dann automatisch gelöscht/gespeichert werden.
Die Fenster waren extrem dreckig und mit Fingerabdrücken übersät.

Relatively clean, free parking and sufficiently comfortable for a one night stay.
It is very similar to an Ibis Budget and for this it is overpriced. Also it had a weird smell in one of the two rooms we booked. The rooms are small and due to their design it is challenging to find space for a bigger suitcase

The hotel is new. Free parking on the territory. Good breakfast for 10,50 EUR per person. Great attitute to pets, they are welcomed without additional fee. BILLA supermarket is 2 min walk.
