pomimo że miał być język polski przy zameldowaniu , większość stwierdzeń była na angielski Należy wyraźnie napisać że kartę do pokoju wrzuca się do skrzynki po drugiej stronie automatu meldunkowego

Der Fernseher hat erst nach langem probieren funktioniert, es war keine Anleitung vorhanden. Das Reinigungspersonal sollte den Fernseher in die Grundeinstellung zurückstellen.

Sehr stylish und sauber. Wir hatten mit dem Check-in-Terminal kein Problem und wussten, worauf wir uns einlassen. Covid-Selbsttests lagen im Zimmer, Ergebnisse hätten fotografiert und weitergemailt werden müssen - wir konnten die Tests aus dem Handy weitersenden. Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet. Die Schallschutzfenster sind extrem effektiv. Da aber keine Klimanlage vorhanden ist, möchte man evtl. auch lüften, und dann kann der Straßenverkehr allerdings zum Lärmproblem werden. Noch ist das Haus neu, hoffentlich wird die Qualität an Sauberkeit und Inventar gehalten.

Es gab einen gewissen Geruch nach "neu", vermutlich vom Fußboden ausgehend.

الغرفة غير نظيفة وصغيرة جداً لاتضلح لزوجين التصريف الماء لا يعمل ويدخل الماء في الغرفة واخبرت صاحب الغرفة وقال في اليوم اثاني سالصلح المشكله الغرفة فيها بعوض ولا يوجد شفاط الهواء في دورة المياه في اليوم التالي دخلوا الغرفة بدون استاذان تعامل صاحب الغرفة عندما طلبة تغير الغرفة جداً سيُ ولا يليق تجربة جداً سيئة ولا انصح اي شخص يسكن فيه .

Wir waren für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp von Kroatien nach Hause. Das Appartement war sauber, komfortabel und die Küche mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Da wir mit Baby anreisten, wurde uns sogar ein früherer Check-in ermöglicht, wofür wir wirklich sehr dankbar sind. Auch ein Kinderreisebett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt.

Einchecken war für uns ungewöhnlich, aber machbar. Könnten sofort in unser Zimmer Das Apartment war sehr schön und Betten konnte man auseinander schieben (mit Hilfe einem Personal) TV Recht groß, sodass man gut vom Bett zusehen konnte. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Für einmal gab's Kapseln kostenlos.

Clean room. Tidy and with all required tools. The Nespresso pods were a very well appreciated plus, especially for us, coffee addicted Italians!

None, all was good. The room was a bit warm, but we cannot really blame the organization for this!

Near the highway, equipped kitchen. Check in and check out is contactless and quick.

A bit dusty in some places.

We stayed there 3 times in the way to Croatia or Italy and we loved everything. It’s a perfect spot for a testing stopover during a trip.

Coffee machine did not work

There was no bedding for one child and no cover for sofa. We booked for 2+2 but bed-clothes only for 3.

no shampoo or soap to shower. bed linen smelled like feet, could not sleep.

The only one thing: I think, because of the poorly working ventilation in the bathroom, there is mold on the ceiling.

Very convienient and easy self-check in process. Good location, close to highway entry/exit, which makes it perfect stop on your trip to Italy. But location is also quite close to the city of Graz itself - takes approx 10 mins max to get into city centre by bus, and have a bit of sightseeing (very recommended for Graz - beautiful City). The apartament was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed, including a nice touch of coffee capsules of Nspresso. Comfortable beds, lot of space. Really everything was great. Also no worries about parking space, which is available outside, in front of the building which makes transportation of lugge form the car very easy.

No complaints. Everything was as expected.

Great place to stay, easy to find and to use the self check in system. The owner replied promptly to answering my questions. Nice spacious clean room with comfortable beds.
