La atención del señor Alejandro es excepcional, así como la de todo el personal en el lugar ! La comunicación desde que reservamos fue excelente ✨El lugar es muy tranquilo y es una excelente opción para descansar y disfrutar. El desayuno que ofrecen es súper rico y llenador, y la vista que tiene el lugar desde la terraza para disfrutar el desayuno es muy linda, ya que puedes apreciar el Tepozteco. Definitivamente volveríamos!!!

Excelente ubicación, a dos calles del centro. Atención de 10. El dueño y su familia muy amable. El desayuno rico y tiene todo lo que se necesita.

The food was excellent. The hotel was very clean. And the attention from Don Alejandro and staff was, hands down, the best I have ever experienced. I travel very often and there is a reason this place has so many previous positive experiences. I booked this stay based on the reviews and I'm very glad I did. La comida fue excelente. El hotel estaba muy limpio. Y la atención de Don Alejandro y el personal fue, sin lugar a dudas, la mejor que he experimentado. Viajo mucho y hay una razón porque este lugar tiene tantas experiencias positivas. Hice está reservación basándome en las críticas y estoy muy contento de haberlo hecho.

This was a fantastic place to stay. First of all , the house is beautiful and cozy, and has the most comfortable beds I've had. The staff was extremely kind, attentive and their service was exceptional. I am from Peru, but I'd go to tepoztlan just to go there again and eat their amazing sopes (the best sopes in Mexico, by far!!). Delicious breakfast. Thank you so much for the hospitality, the amazing food and being so kind with us!

I'm a comfortable bed junkie, so when I look for a hotel I focus on comments about that. I also look at pictures of beds, and I was hopeful about Hacienda Real. I was not disappointed. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept great! Also, the hotel is located just far away enough from the centro so as to be quiet, but it's an easy (uphill) walk to get there. There are some very good restaurants nearby, but I was so full from the delicious free breakfast of fruits, yoghurt, "sopes" and more that I didn't eat out as much as I normally would. Alejandro es ley! He's the owner and is beyond helpful, offering rides if you don't feel like walking, solving any issue etc. It's a small hotel, maybe 8 rooms, in all. The view was great from my room (king size bed with a small balcony). I can't say enough... I'd live there if I could.
