Size of the property, good lay out, ground floor with outside space. Great communal pool, nice neighbors

Conveniently located close to the freeway, shopping and eating. Inviting surroundings with a view of the lake is a plus! Loved the 2 bed/2 bath arrangement with the master having a huge closet (big enough for a baby pack and play). Especially liked the attached garage with opener and the pool is very close to the unit. Plenty of extra parking. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and everything we needed was provided.
A little outdated. Wish the carpeted living area was tile or laminate, especially under the dining area.
