La burocracia que aplican para ingresar y salir del dpto. Te persiguen como si fuera que nunca entraste a un dpto y antes de irte quieren que esperes en el dpto y no afuera. Llegan a la hora que quieren a retirar la llave. Sin contar que avise a que hs llegaba y cuando llame para que me esperen me daba apagado el teléfono...falta de respeto más aun cuando estas cansado y no ves la hora de llegar.

Colonial Belgrano refused us accommodation after guaranteeing this with a credit card. however we didn’t even know that they would not host us until we just happened to call to make an inquiry and by chance found out that they would not honor our guaranteed reservation. It left us in a terrible position having to find alternative accommodations within a few hours. I called her and wrote to her several times to ask her to make the cancellation because we were left in a lurch due to their last minute change and instead of cancelling Colonial Belgrano told Booking that we were a no show.

It is a very clean and nice appartment; really cosy, friendly and lovingly arranged rooms. We were welcomed with great hospitality. Our hosts spent a lot of time to answer all our questions and gave us great recommendations according to the local cuisine, shopping possibilities and renting car. After check out they helped us to find a for us suitable rental agency and drove us with their car to several renting companies. We are so grateful, as we couldn't do all these visits around the city with our big cases. Thanks for that guys!

Air Condition was a little bit loud

The location is excellent, within walking distance of main square and historic buildings and museums

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about this apartment
