The location is central.
The wi-fi is unstable and most of the time only reaches 1.5 Mbps in the rooms. The property invited me to "work in the lobby".

Great downtown location with helpful front desk staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Room had carpet and was somewhat dated but clean.

A very good hotel with varied meal options in the adjacent restaurants. Very good, comfortable room. Lots of free parking with security.
Had dinner at the hotel. The meal was generally poor and the beef tough which is most unusual for Argentina.
The area around the hotel is extremely poor and run-down. Garbage piled everywhere. Never felt safe outside the hotel.
