We have enjoyed our stay here. We have all facilities in the home. Feels like you’re staying in your own home.

The towel smelt decent. 4 pillows, albeit extremely soft and can't hold it's shape.

Check in was a mess. No access card in assigned locker. Hard time getting assistance. Troublesome checkin with extra form to fill and guard took forever. Dirty. Stale air in unit. Sofa was filthy. Aircon remote has no battery. Toys are very, very old. Kitchen don't look/feel clean. Empty bottles of soap. Host / managing agent was highly unhelpful. Digital lock with no auto lock and WRONG instructions. Could be getting wayyyy better units nearer to Legoland. Would definitely NOT revisit and NOT RECOMMEND.

No line, Wifi cannot connect Digital lock is hard to use got many problem

It is level 28.we got children, room was ok but level too high.they dint install safety door I mean besides the glass door or the balcony side. It is higher floors, not suitable for kids. The glass door lock also broken.and the bed cover also dusty. No free mineral water also.

I just like this condominiums ia nearby Legoland others rhan that is not suitable for small kids. No safety

the check in process really smooth. the room also great and have a nice view (road facing but still beautiful).

nothing not to like.

The location. Near to Puteri Harbour. Quite safe to walk around even at night. And I like the pool. Big and clean.

Only got two thing that I think can be improved: 1. Just give the check in instruction earlier. Why do you have to wait until 3pm to send to us? Don't keep the customer anxious. 2. You might want to include instruction on how to lock the digital lock on the door from the outside. I had to Google it. Don't assume everybody know how to use it.

Nice and Clean. The facilities were amazing. The view was superb. Will come back again. So far this is the best staycation I have stayed so far.

The attraction mostly close store compare last time i go there. No more hello kitty house and superheroes shops.
