Everything was as described in the listing except for the location to downtown. Yes walking distance to Spring street but not where the shops, restaurants and park is. Clean house and quiet neighborhood.

Overall a nicely equipped space in a great central location. I was insulted by the amount of required cleaning and tasks to be completed prior to leaving WHILE STILL CHARGING A CLEANING FEE. What exactly does the cleaning team do if the guests do all the dishes and all the laundry? The condition of the property was solid, was super clean (probably from the previous guests), had plenty of supplies, etc. I don't mind being charged fees, but only if the charge provides value. This charge was flagrant.

The house was a really great size for our annual girls trip. Clean and well stocked and we really enjoyed the backyard. Very close to town and a ton of wineries. Loved all the beach towels and the shower products...nice touch.

One of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed in. I grew up in the area (Templeton) so I was specifically looking for something in this part of town. Had family come on Sunday and made a great brunch, kids even braved the pool & enjoyed the hot tub after.

We had a great time in Paso Robles. The home was perfect for my daughter and her 3 children. Very close to the downtown area. There is a a nice kitchen but we ended up eating out so did not cook in it. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. The beds were very comfortable.

We brought our now adult children to experience Paso’s lovely wine tasting and we all went to Tin City for the first time and had so much fun. This house has been perfect for location and size. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!!

This house was a perfect getaway for my girlfriends and I. Very clean, comfortable, and roomy. We were in Paso for the ‘Taste of Downtown’ and the pool / jacuzzi were great to enjoy after the event!
The kitchen has everything you need plus 2 coffee pots! One for single pods and one for the whole group. Also plenty of dishes and pans…
The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens were very plush.
Location was close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
We will definitely stay here again!

The location was great! We visited Daou, Hearst Castle and went to several wonderful restaurants. The rest of the time was spent laying around the pool 😊 Very Relaxing!
The less than perfect rating was due to finding a pan in the cupboard with scorched eggs on it and spatula with the same. I cleaned them up.
The pool had a lot of debris in it upon arrival due to a lot of dry leaves and small branches.
We cleaned up the pool the best we could and it was fine. The pool man arrived on Friday AM and did a great job.
I wanted to sweep the porch and pool deck but there was no broom to be found.
Overall the stay was quite and peaceful and I am laying in the Sun until we have to leave at 11am

Peachtree Lane was a great property for our long weekend. We chose the property based on amenities (especially pool) and convenient location to downtown and the west side wine trails.The property was clean and matched the listing. Pool was immaculate and very warm (thanks to cover and summer sun), and hot tub was clean and easy to use.The communication was fantastic- little things like the website and interactive screen in the house provided all the answers and reminders for check in/out steps. A well thought out system.The house interior had plenty space and bedrooms were comfortable and bedding was well stocked.A great stay and Peachtree Lane is on the list for the next trip.

Lovely home. Very comfortable for my party of 6. The house has all the amenities you need. The house was very clean. The pool and jacuzzi were a plus in the heat and cool nights. Decor in the house is beautiful. It felt like a home away from home.

The house was great and in a very convenient location close to downtown. Our group of 5 had plenty of room in the spacious house. Everything was very clean and well organized so it was easy to feel at home. The touchscreen portal provided by the rental company was really cool and made the check-in/out process super easy as well as gave us some great restaurant suggestions! They really thought of everything and we were very impressed. I would highly recommend this property as well as Paso Stay Vacation Rentals!

Had a little hiccup with getting in, but the property managers were quick to help. Pool and Jacuzzi were nice, quick Uber to downtown and short drive to wineries. Well supplied kitchen and baths, and plenty of linens. Easy parking, quiet street.

PS-the toilet was leaking on the Main half bath so much so the floor tile squished and pajama cuffs got wet the first morning. No response from the Prop Mgr when reported on day 2 of our 4 day/3 night stay.
PSS-there are only six coffee cups which doesn’t work well when your group wants tea and hot chocolate but the cups are dirty from morning coffee.

This was an ideal place to stay for a few days - easy access to everything downtown, major roads and all wineries. The house was easy to access, well appointed, had all the basics you’d need for a very comfortable stay. I’d recommend to others readily.
