The inside and outside of this condo was perfect. Anything we needed was onsite (beach towels, kitchen gadgets, cooler) and the outside view, pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all very enjoyable and relaxing. We hope to be back again one day. Thanks for sharing your place with us. Take care.

What we loved: the heated supersized pool and hot tub by the ocean! Amazing. Can’t beat it. Pool area is quiet and peaceful and just lovely, though the pool area closes at 10pm. Spectacular view of the ocean!
What we didn’t love so much: lots of maintenance issues to the property…elevator broke down, a/c didn’t work, pest control showed up out of the blue….the porch was really dirty so we didn’t go out there much. The beach area is full of debris and glass apparently from a past flood, so you will need to go to one of the adjacent beaches. Smathers beach is also currently under construction so it’s really loud and has bad air from the construction vehicles. Also…10am checkout. Thats way too early for those of us who like to sleep in on vacation. Also, the second bedroom has a floating wall so there’s no sound barrier to the living room.
The place was super clean and safe which is why we gave it a 4. And the location is awesome. The whole property is just a little dated. Overall, it’s a great stay. We had a nice vacation and loved Key West!

Condo was very clean, comfortable furniture, nicely stocked with paper goods. Balcony was a definite plus! Terrific amenities on property, plus easy walk to public beach. Easy 10 minute drive to restaurants and tourist sites.

The views are even better than the photos. If you value being able to stare out at the ocean from your coach or out on the lanai you cannot go wrong. We really enjoyed the location as it was only a few minute bike, or 5 minute walk to beautiful Smather's Beach. We rented bikes and it was 10 a minute ride to Duval Street. Riding back and forth either on the coast or through the neighborhoods was a ton of fun. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and the adults alike. The condo is nice and shaded in the morning to drink your coffee or eat breakfast on the patio. It gets quite sunny and warm in the afternoon if you want to lay out on comfy lounge chairs. The covered parking was a big plus. Tennis courts looked nice and people were playing but we did not use them. It is a great condo if you want those ocean views!

This condo had everything we needed, was super clean and had a lovely view of the ocean and pool. The pool was a nice size although a tad on the chilly side, but still enjoyable. My only complaint would be the king size bed in the master bedroom. I found it uncomfortably firm, but then again, that’s personal preference. Would definitely recommend this property.

This was a great choice of a place to stay. Information on check-in and access codes were clear and easy to understand. The condo was incredibly clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Can't wait to come back again!

Property was exactly as described and great for us. View is awesome! Loved the location! We had a golf cart so we could get around the island then escape back to the peace & quiet. The unit is clean, roomy, comfortable beds. The complex is a bit older but very well maintained. The pool is beautiful and refreshing!! The gardens were so pretty to walk thru. We had a great stay!!

It was absolutely perfect. The view, pool, condo everything was wonderful. I would go every year if I could and would love to stay for 2 weeks instead of 1. The only thing I would change is the directions were confusing and when I called security they seemed as if I was bothering them. We we’re on the right floor but the numbers are in the door knocker and not clear. There’s signs on some condos that are rentals and others not so you see those numbers before you realize the numbers are engraved in the gold door knocker. I would have to make it more noticeable. W wouldn’t mention anything about the west side because that made it confusing especially since security acted like he did. I called just to get clarification and he acted as if I should have known and really never answered me, it took us figuring it out and then he was like yeah!! As far as the condo it was perfect. Week vacation in Key West, loved this quiet condo. Amazing ocean view from huge balcony and from the huge salt water community pool. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication! Very easy to work with. Loved the full size washer and dryer with plenty of laundry and general supplies. No pantry supplies (other than red solo cups that came in handy!) , but we ate out all the time anyway!

Property was in a great location. Less thn 2 miles from the airport, overlooking the ocean/beach and easy access to Duvall and downtown. Pool area and gardens were very nice and always clean.
Property showing its age in some areas and elevators and hallways were very warm.
Our unit was ok, but 2nd bedroom never got cool enough to sleep comfortably and the decor was way dated (think late 80s early 90s). Didn’t feel it was worth the price. To be fair, the owner did reach out and drive down from Miami to check on the air and did get a little better but still uncomfortable. Overall disappointed with my selection on this one.

This property was great! The perfect stay four our family of 4 for the week. The property owner was responsive and the location is as described. Clean comfortable location with a perfect spot to watch the Fireworks for the 4th right on the property so you can avoid the crowds on Higgs and Smathers beach. The guest book was helpful in finding a kayak trip for us and lead to a great and memorable time kayaking with Tortugas Jack who was such a great and fun guide through the mangroves. Will stay here again next time staying in Key West!

We were in Key West on a trip for my daughter. This condo was just perfect. We had an easy time with check in. Even though we arrived late in the night, instructions were easy to follow to lock box and keys. The condo was very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone in our family. The ceilings are nice and high since it is a penthouse but just beware that the wall is open at the top and you can hear everything between the living room and the first bedroom. Beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. Plenty of fluffy towels for everyone and beach towels. The desk in the master was a bonus since my husband had to work remotely a few days. Kitchen was well stocked for dining, cooking and baking! Ice maker in the refrigerator was helpful. The view was beautiful! The entire complex was great! Workout area, hot tub, large pool, sandy area with lounge chairs as well. Literally a 3 minute walk around the corner to Smathers Beach. Garage for the car was great but sadly we were not able to use it because our car was too high. Just a heads up, if you need to park in the “extra parking” just be careful because people squeeze into areas that are technically not parking spaces and makes it difficult to back out of your own. We were able to bike almost everywhere.

The property was great. We were upgraded by the owners for a better view, however, we didn't know until we tried to get into the lock box for our instructions, other than that hiccup, the check in was great. The condo needs some updating in the Hall bath. The vanity was very low, and the commode even lower. There was a few issues that we dealt with throughout the stay, but nothing that ruined our trip. Tuesday night and Wednesday night late, after midnight both nights, a group of young people got in the pool and were very loud. So much for pool closing time of 10pm. Wednesday night it was after two and we still heard them, Tuesday night they were chased back inside by heavy rain. Aside from the property, the stence in Key West is horrible, I am assuming it is the sargassum that is coming into the area. I doubt that we will ever return to Key West.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Top floor, great views, fantastic location. The condo had everything needed for a great week. Access to tennis courts, proximity to Higgs for pickleball made this a perfect location for family. Condo large enough for 5 adults with room to spare. Loved it. Hope to be back soon!

Check in process was easy, the place was spacious and clean. We met mike, the owner of our unit and he was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed. Awesome guy and we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful get away! The view from the balcony is awesome and we spent a lot of time on the patio and in the pool. We rented a golf cart, but they aren't allowed in the parking garage. There was room to park it there in the lot. It was a perfect get away!

If you are looking for space, this condo is it! The room sizes were great and the balcony was big. The condo was well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, etc. which was very nice. The condo building itself could you some renovations. The carpets were very worn in the hallways and better lighting and paint would help. The grounds were kept clean and the view was great and the pool was huge. It was a great place to stay for our first Key West experience!

Mike, the property host was great.
James in security at the condo helped us one night and he was great. We rented bikes from Eaton Bikes, they delivered and picked them up. You could ride from the condo to any place on the island.

My wife and two grown children and my 80 year old father-in-law had a great time. The property was everything we needed expected from the listing. I can’t say enough about the location as everything was easily accessible but far enough to maintain the resort feel. Father-in-law is already planning a return trip.

Good communication with property management. Initially received wrong garage opener and was told to go to West side but easy to correct and management brought us the correct opener within one hour. We would come back and rent from this property again.

The condo was clean, spacious, and included all listed amenities. Everything worked perfectly. Hosts checked in with us day one and provided contact info should we need anything. Check in process was a little confusing…but that was most likely my misunderstanding of the instructions. I would definitely stay here again.
