Loved it - great staff lovely pool and bar. Shuttle into town available as well, which can go via airport if needed as well. Great place !

-Zimmer waren top (geräumig, sauber, modern, gut klimatisiert, gut ausgestattet) -Poolbereich sehr schön -regelmäßiger Shuttle zwischen Hotel und Old Town

-Fluglärm kann am Pool schon teils mal laut sein, Nachts ist aber ruhig (zwischen 22-8 Uhr) Passagierflugzeuge sind schon sehr laut wenn man am Pool ist. Kleine Flieger stören weniger. Für Flugzeug Begeisterte aber auch ganz cool diese zu beobachten.

Un hôtel au top. Propre, joli, bien équipé. Et surtout un extérieur de fou. Piscine, terrasse ,vue. Rien a redire. Parfait

Very clean, easy to access and good location.

My only “issue” was the placement of the air unit. It’s right next to the bed so that can be an issue with it blowing directly on you all night.

My family walked into our hotel room to a stinch and found 1 of the beds had bout a 2ft x 2ft of pee in the middle of 1 of the beds. After walking over and telling the front desk I was informed that someone would come take care of it. I was then met at my room by a maintenance guy who said I don't do housekeeping and I'm not taking care of that. After returning again to the front desk the guy Kim told me...legit verbatim that he didn't have anyone else there and I could get new bedding and we could change it all ourselves and put the dirty bedding out in the hallway. Ummmm no. So when I ask to speak to the manager Kim then said he would call someone and came back with sorry since maintenance refused to change the bedding then nobody else could do it. Then I found a pool attendant who agreed to come to our room to change our bedding and I did help her. She couldn't believe what was happening and I did tip her after helping change our bedding. But Kim at front desk and the housekeeping staff definitely need training on how to check rooms before allowing them to b rented out and Kim for lack of customer service qualities. Ridiculous I wish the manager could hear how they handled this situation we definitely should of just gotten both our rooms comped by the end of this. Never stay at this resort. I won't even go into other issues with laundry and shuttle services.

The staff was top notch always friendly and smiling!!! The Staff members that drove the shuttle bus were the same way. We look forward to going back!

Room was spacious and comfortable staff were friendly cleaning staff were at the room daily if you wanted and they did a thorough job

It was not downtown, which I actually preferred. It is near the runway of airport, but the flights never disturbed us in our room. Pool area was nice, free breakfast was good.

Very nice rooms, swimming pool, whole place...

Stuff at the reception is not so kind as in other hotels. But we did not have any particular problem. Also the price for one night is high but it seems like it it the same in the whole Key West.

I love everything from the time I walk through the door until the time I left. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the customer service. Love the way they texting and checking up on you.  that was amazing. The rooms were nice lots of space and very clean. I like that shuttle drivers.  we’re very knowledgeable about the area. I love the location. Everything was close and convenient.
