Close to market and easy walk to subway

Beautiful apartment right next to the market and 5 minutes to Opera great position. Able to walk to all the sites we were interested in.

Just what we were looking for our stay in Vienna. Clean, well equipped apartment within a short walk to the underground, or city center if you can spare 15 additional minutes. Supermarket 2 doors away. Next to the Naschmarkt which we liked - a lot. Good food, good drinks, all nextdoor. And a very nice shower.

Wonderful apartment located close to everything!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was well-stocked, well-furnished, and clean. We were given clear instructions before arrival and check-in was easy. The area was very walkable and had easy public transportation options for sights further away. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and nice space. Only thing was that were was no shampoo or soap in the shower. That would have been nice to have. Location is unbeatable and its a very big apartment.

Great space for us for the few days we were in Vienna. So much natural lighting and very modern feel. Quiet building right across the street from a great market for fresh fish, meats, produce, cheeses, etc…. And plenty of restaurants very close by. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

I had such an awesome stay! The place was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Wolfgang was friendly and helpful and took the time to show us maps and guides to the area. The apartment was in such a handy spot so close to everything. Couldn’t recommend more.

This was an excellent place for us to stay. Wolfgang is very communicative! Greeted us personally at the condo to review everything. Condo itself is well appointed. Spacious, and very clean. Perfect for a prolonged stay. Neighbourhood is great. Easy walking distance to everything, or easy access to subway/trams. Accross from the Nashmarket which has everything you could need! We will definitely stay here again if opportunity presemts itself!

Wolfgang was great and so helpful and prompt with requests and responses. He was so patient with me, I totally gave him our wrong arrival time and made him wait on us, but he was so understanding. We had the best time! The apartment was exactly what we thought it would be, cozy, well equipped and so close and walking distance to everything. So many restaurants within walking distance and so many things to do. We certainly never ran out of things to do. Thank you so much for all your help. We look forward to the next time.

Wolfgang was there right when we arrived to greet us and did a walk through the place with us. Very helpful with suggestions on what to do and how to get there. The place was clean and beautiful!

We have used rental apartments in several European cities - of course we want clean, easy communication is nice but location is key when you are walking. This apartment was clean and bright - very nice feel. Wolfgang was prompt and helpful with all communication. The location is really nice - the market across the street had hummus and falafels for a quick appetizer when we arrived. I should mention I was traveling with 3 teenagers keeping them fed is key to a successful trip! There is a grocery right below for croissants, other snack and breakfast necessities. Many close restaurants too. The U-Bahn is close and easy to use, but most sights/ Christmas Markets were less than a 25 min walk. I was a bit worried as with 3 teenage girls, I general rent a 2 bathroom - but this worked well as there is a vanity with sink in the bedroom plus the shower and toilet are separate. I would recommend to anyone visiting Vienna!

The pictures say it all. This is a spacious, light filled, quiet and modern flat in a great location. Our hosts were really helpful as we were planning our stay and throughout our visit. Wolfgang arranged for a cab to pick us up at the airport at a considerable savings compared to just hailing a car. He met us at the flat, showed us around and gave us a few tips about the neighbourhood. The flat is well equipped, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, the living room and dining area are great and having a washing machine makes me a happy traveller! Being across from the Naschmarkt was handy for picking up food to bring home or for dining at one of the many restaurants. The location of the flat was wonderful. We walked everywhere - 10 minutes to the Opera House and after that you are close to everything. Even the Belvedere was only about 25 minutes away and it was a lovely walk. As you step out the door of the building 500 meters either way you will see some of Vienna's more iconic buildings. We would love to stay here again and would absolutely recommend the property to family and friends.

We really loved the apartment. The location is great but it is also very quiet. The apartment is light and spacious with everything you need.

Nice apt in great location- lovely Billa downstairs for all grocery needs when tired of eating out. A little noisy at night and don’t let the entrance sway you- lovely place upstairs in 4th floor.

Vienna is a gorgeous city, and if the location to city sites is primary, this apartment is perfect. The major downtown shopping area is within walking distance, and the rest of the city is accessible via buses or the metro. A metro station with two of the four subway lines is a 2-minute walk from the apartment, right across the street from the famous Cafe Museum, where Klimt and his pals used to hang out a hundred years ago. A rare Klimt fresco is located on the same block. Wolfgang, the apartment owner, was there when we arrived, and sparkling wine and chocolates awaited us. He also provided an enormous selection of maps and tourist guides and two sets of keys. The apartment is spacious, quiet, full of light, and pristinely clean. Windows, which open in two directions, are located on both sides of the living area, providing plenty of cross-ventilation. Blackout curtains in the bedroom as well as an additional sink and comfortable bed complete the perfect setting in this beautifully decorated apartment.
