The place was well decorated and felt very homey. It was spacious. All the supplies were well stocked, including the kitchen. Parking was just across the street. Helen & her family were very responsive - our electric kettle broke during the stay, and they got us a new one within a couple of hours.
Sometimes we needed to run water for a little while before it gets warm. The floors were squeaky when walking around, as with many older buildings.

Het appartement staat midden in een wijk met de bezienswaardigheden van Ottawa op loopafstand. Het is een ruim en gezellig karakteristiek appartement op de derde verdieping. De privé parkeerplaats voor de auto is ook erg fijn.

Immaculately clean, super-comfortable beds, great facilities. Beautifully presented, spacious apartment with separate dining room. Fresh coffee and porridge provided for breakfast. Helen was delightful and really helpful. The location was perfect- a short walk away from the main sights and free parking steps away from the property.

In original advertisement I saw it was mentioned 2 bedrooms and each with 2 queen beds , which created confusion for me and my family.
Not sure why , but please do check the description and make necessary correction.

Nice little balcony to sit on and enjoy a drink at the end of the day.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, the washing machine and dryer are in the basement.

The place was very clean and spacious we felt like at home. it is very well located, very central less than 10min walk to the central city. parking is available accros the street and it was very easy to park and it was free.

Excellent location, clean tidy suite, fully equipped, lots of air conditioners throughout the apartment (each bedroom and living/dining areas), free parking space across the street in a well-lit outdoor lot, great entry and apartment instruction package, 500 m walk from 24/7 diner, well-priced for Ottawa high-season.

The hosts were very kind, helpful and obliging. The location was spot on for us and the parking spot available and generous size of the property was a God send. A lovely surprise was the large veranda available to take afternoon refreshments.
The internet dropping out a few times during our one nights stay made planning of our day ahead frustrating and time consuming trying to reconnect. Also, in bedroom one, the beds frame was exceptionally creaky!
It made the occupants lose sleep and they were somewhat exhausted
by the morning. A replacement bed is advised.

Location, parking, the apartment itself was well set up and has everything you would need.
Not anything against the place as such. The two relatively steep flights of stairs were not easy with suitcases.

Having a dinning room was awesome! Great for working on genealogy.
The rooms could have more electrical plugs & in more convenient location. Some were behind dressers which made it awkward.
