La ubicacion del hotel es cerca a la estacion principal de tren y metro que da accesibilidad a toda la ciudad facilmente, el desayuno es simpre lo mismo pero igual es rico. Habitacion confortable y la piscina muy disfrutable para niños!!

Breakfast was really poor, very basic items. Disappointing. Kids behave horribly, staff should put limits to the parents, NOT RUNNING ALLOW!!!!

Room is spacious, the mini kitchen was a great addition. We got a high floor with a window view to the city which was lovely specially at night. The free underground parking was definitely a plus. Breakfast was good, I just felt it should have had bacon, but there wasn't for any of the 2 days we spent there. One thing to notice though is that if you expect to walk downtown that is not very close. Make sure you have a look at the distance before or you can also find good parking downtown which costs around $2 for the entire day on weekends!

It is not that I didn't like but I'd suggest the breakfast to have a little bit more variety (i.e. multigrain toast, ham or cheese). Other than that it was good.

The location was great, the staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the room's little kitchenette and the hotel's pool

Super clean and modern. Nicest hotel room we've ever stayed in. Very convenient location to drive to everything. All the staff were wonderful.

The only thing was about the breakfast area: so crowded, and we had to use paper and plastic plates and knives 🍴 One last thing, there wasn’t any slippers inside the room, I called the receptionist and she told me to go down and pick it up by myself which is so unusual

Rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast had a great variety of food options. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The room is spacious. Breakfast is decent too. Reception staff are all friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool is a bit crowded but warm.

Security? Good thing we are on 3rd floor. So i will suggest asking for rooms on upper level. The underground parking was full on our last night so we have to park on the side of the hotel. There’s a guest entrance leading to 1st floor rooms. To our surprise, we were able to go in without using our keycard because another guest went out.

Unfortunately, we arrived one day late for our reservation. The staff managed to change our reservation and secure a room for us and she refunded the day we were not there.

In regards to the pool, the water was not as clear as it could have been.
