This apartment was a dream for our family. The location is ideal for exploring all that Venice has to offer and when you're done, to rest and relax with a bottle of wine on the incredible terrace. The view almost doesn't seem real. My wife and I could sit for hours watching the traffic and enjoying the sights and sounds of the grand canal. There's also a second terrace off the master bedroom, which has great views of the Venice rooftops. It's also a great spot to watch and listen to the church bells, which my daughter loved. Inside the apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need should you like to enjoy a home cooked meal after shopping for fresh fish and vegetables at the rialto market. The bedrooms are large, and there's tons of space to unpack and store your items. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. If we return to Venice, I don't think my wife and daughter would let me book anywhere else!

The beds are a little firmer than I'm used to, but it wasn't a major problem. I found this to be true throughout our trip to Italy. I'm just noting for those who may not be able to tolerate a firmer mattress. The trash situation in Venice is also a little tricky, but the staff were very helpful in navigating us through it.

LOCATION & VIEW of RIALTO + Grand Canale and that it.

The property was old and the kitchen needs some rework. Functional kitchen but old. Only 1 bathroom is not convenient at all.... One of the bedroom is very small...storage units were Ok. There was no elevator available and the porter service promised was not available on time. The person who handed over the keys doesn't even know the basic things on how to use the things at the property. She did her best to accommodate our change in time of arrival. TV was useless...can't cast nor netflix... There was only washer but not a dryer. Not very helpful in non-summer seasons. The floor was dusty and there were no home slippers...it was annoying. No cleaning service for the 3 nights we stayed there. The bidet clogged on 1st usage -:( Window shades in the master bedroom didn't work...

Excellent location!

Having to clear the recycled categories of garbage at different days for different categories are a bit stressful. It will be easier the cleaner takes care of it.

Riccardo was helpful and he tried to make it better for us.

Heater was not working on our 1st night. There was a list of penalty charges that was only given to us after the booking was confirmed, a day before we check in. These should have been listed during booking process to be transparent.

The location was amazing. The view of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge was better than could be expected.

The property had 1 bathroom which is a bit harder with a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Also, the life was broken for the entire week we were there which made the 5 floors of stairs very tiring!

The elevator was out of order. Problems with Wi-Fi.

Chiara met us at the San Silvestro ferry stop where our water taxi dropped us off to guide us to the apartment and provide us an introduction and overview. The apartment location was superb! And the penthouse terrace overlooking the Grand Canal was amazing! Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a wonderful way to start each day and there were plenty of restaurants and bars from which to buy delicious coffees and breakfast foods. The terrace provided an incredible view overlooking the Rialto Bridge, Duomos and the bell towers throughout Venice. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating during our visit from the moment we arrived until our departure, even assisting with the delivery of our delayed baggage! We highly recommend the apartment when in Venice and will definitely stay here again when we return.

The location is fantastic with great views from the front terrace overlooking the Rialto Bridge. The check in was very easy and the hosts were very flexible on meeting time and check in times. Having two terraces back and front meant sun from morning until late evening.

For the price the furnishings are very basic and shabby. Broken old furniture on one of the terraces. Just generally needs a revamp and it would be an amazing property. If there were 6 people staying I suppose it would still be good value for money (though 2 people would be in the sittingroom on a pullout bed) but for two of us I feel it was overpriced considering the decor and furniture.
