Location, decent* business hotel.

Some areas of the hotel (eg.elevators) not realy clean.

Location was great. Easy to get around, and a central location to see different areas of the city.

The internet is very bad

The Concierge was able to arrange transportation to/from the cruise terminal for us. It was so convenient and the car service was amazing. Also the beds were very comfortable.

Gorgeous corner room from the 35th floor with amazing view. Definitely the way to go in Seattle. Clean and roomy. Great location.

That water was included in the stay.

Although told, no one comes clean the room unless you request it. At the price we were paying, it should be automatic.

The staff was attentive and accommodating; Had requested an early check-in and although it was not available when we arrived, luggage storage was available and the hotel texted us when the room was ready. Walking distance to Westlake shopping center (3 blocks); Monorail to Space needle in the same center. Able to walk down to Pike Peak Market, Seattle Aquarium, the great wheel, and Argosy cruises HOWEVER, the trip back is Uphill. The room was clean; Bed was comfortable. Did not eat breakfast as we had to leave to get to the airport before that service was offered.

Not enough bright lighting in the room. Courtesy Shuttle service to and from the airport and to nearby attractions would be nice, so as not to incur the additional cost of having to get an Uber or taxi. Self-service laundry would have also been nice. I suspect a lot of cruise passengers stay at this hotel post-cruise, so that would have also been nice.

This hotel was a great location for our two night stay before we took a cruise to Alaska. It was within walking distance of Pike Market and several restaurants and stores.

I can't think of anything I did not like about this hotel.
