Location was excellent. Walkable to most attractions in Seattle area.
The restaurant connected to the hotel was not good. Food was cold and some of it looked like it was out of a box.

Clean, friendly, convenient
Disliked nothing
5.0
Location is quite convenient, in downtown next to many attractions, shops, the famous Pike´s Place Market, etc.
The hotel includes a parking on premises.
The room was big enough and clean; the bed was really large and comfortable
The hotel needs a deep restoration , the facilities look very old (carpets, bathroom, wall paper) and needs a renovation.
From the the only two guest elevators only one was in service and long waiting times were needed every time we needed it.
WiFi was terrible, it didn´t work at all for the whole stay.
Upon our arrival there was a problem with the reservation system and we had to wait for half an hour to get our room.
We didn´t try the breakfast (offered at the cafeteria next to the hotel) but it didn´t seem to be good and was really expensive

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to museum of pop culture and climate pledge arena. 20 min walk from Pike Place.
5.0
The location was good, and the price of the accommodation.
The front of house staff weren’t very switched on. First I was told I needed to pay for the accommodation when I arrived, which I had prepaid, had to show that I had done this, then they “found” that I had. They also asked me for a card for a $100 incidentals, which I gave? And I was charged for plus an additional $200. After seeing this on my bank statement I went down stairs to ask about it, had to show my bank statement and finally the concierge went and got the manager and she confirmed there had been a mistake. She was really helpful (Kathy) and very pleasant to deal with.
The other front of house staff however weren’t so much.
I also lost a poster in the front foyer, I went and asked had it been handed in, one of the young concierge ladies opened the back door and looked around, and said no, I then in front of her asked another lady and she went and got it. The younger lady was not interested at all in helping me.

The room was clean but dated. The hotel was quiet.
The signs on the emergency door were not clearly posted and there was only one way out, the elevator, that took a long time. The breakfast service at the dinner was also unpleasant and service was slow,

We loved the location. Short walk to the museum of pop culture and good restaurants nearby. Hotel and our room was very clean. Early check-in was very helpful! Staff was always friendly and we will book the same hotel for our next stay in Seattle.
I wish simple breakfast and parking was included but it was still good to have an option for indoor parking with a fee. Our room’s view was not great (by the wall). but we didn’t complain because it was just a one night stay and we got the room early.

The beds were so comfy and everything clean.
Booking.com and hotel has false information we were a party of 4 which clearly said breakfast included for all but only 2 were included?! For the price I was very disappointed I could’ve went somewhere else to a different hotel and gotten everybody breakfast. My first and last time staying at a holiday inn.

the front desk staff, specially “LARIA” and the team, they were exceptional. location was good.
Rooms were nice but should get upgraded, specially electronic devices, charging points, iron board, coffee machine.

the location is right next to Seattle Center.
the parkade could not fit my truck. the walls were absolutely paper thin, you could hear a full conversation from next door and their blaring tv. on the second night, a couple checked in to the room right above me quite late and proceeded to stomp on the floor until 3:00am. I had to leave at 6:00am and left with just over 2 hours of sleep.

The location is very convenient for walking or taking the monorail to downtown. The King Suite was an excellent value.
The Toast to Toast restaurant did not have enough staff. May 11, we waited a long time at the counter to order and no one came. We had to find another cafe close by.

location and clean
Please do not advertise breakfast when It was not included at all
Otherwise I would have stayed in the Hyatt House and the breakfast was excellent

The room was large enough for my mom, aunt, & myself. It was clean and had a comfortable temperature. It was pretty quiet too, not much inside or outside noise, except for occasional sirens that weren't too excessive.
The coffee pot didn't work. My aunt called and they sent someone who came & we thought fixed it. He made one cup & left. My aunt tried to make another & it didn't work again. My mom & aunt like their morning coffee.

The location was fantastic.
I have no complaints really, I'm just not sure it was worth 211$ for one night. I feel like there could be more vending options on each floor for those that don't want to go back to the lobby and wait on the busy elevator. We were very tired as we drove in from upstate Washington.
Not many vending options on our floor, just drinks. We were too tired to go out and just wanted to grab a snack but had to go back to the lobby to do so.

The friendliness of the staff, location and cleanliness.
The restaurant, the service was very slow

Not impressed
The room was small, the bedding was thin and the room was cold (I don’t sleep with heat blowing into the room but the blankets were thin which is surprising being a holiday inn in a cold weather location. There should have been duvets.

Great location
Friendly staff
Rooms need an urgent refurb - wall was peeling, stained carpet, bathroom tiles from 1980.
