The property was accurate as described. The host was great. He took care of everything we needed. We were there off season so not everything was open. So he helped us know where to go and what services were available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Raf’s place! It was a great spot to explore Positano and the Amalfi coast. Raf made us feel like family and we really enjoyed the family restaurant (twice!).
5.0
The apartment is in a great location, above the family's excellent, Michelin starred restaurant (a must do, btw). We spent hours on the balcony people watching and enjoying the fabulous view of the Bay of Naples, with all its boat traffic. We simply loved our stay there and Rafaelle and his family made us feel so welcome. They treated us like family and were unfailingly kind. The apartment is charming and the bed was very comfortable and king sized. Don't hesitate to rent this property...it's a winner in every way!

We took the ferry over from Amalfi and hired blue luggage service ahead of time located right at ferry dock to take our large suitcases up to the
Da Vincenzo Positano 1958 Restaurant where host Raffaele greeted blue luggage who brought luggage up steps to room.
We had our carry on bags with us down at the port, grabbed lunch and set out for the 400 or so steps up to our room. It was tough, but we did it. That was the only time we were down at the port. After that we stayed around where our room was, which had a couple of different village areas to explore. We utilized the washing machine in the room and hung clothes on provided racks to dry. We ate our first night at Da Vincenzo restaurant which was fabulous! The next day took a cooking class at Latteria, a 5 minute walk from our room. It was recommended by Raffaele. It was amazing and highly recommended.
We’re so glad to have experience Positano for 2 nights. If you are arriving by ferry, be prepared for walking almost 1 hour up steps to get to the room. Raffaele recommended hiring a car to get us from the room to our next stop in Sorrento, which we agreed and he arranged for us for 60€. It was well worth it.
I can’t say how amazed we were with the views of Positano from our rooms front balcony. Raffaele was a #1 host and very helpful.

Our stay in Positano was amazing! This was largely because the host of this property was just wonderful. His communication before and during our stay was truly outstanding and he went above and beyond to set up restaurant reservations, tours and car services for us.
We honestly can't say enough about the hospitality that Raphael offered us! Thank you!

A fantastic apartment with the best views and location. In the heart of Positano within walking distance to restaurants, port etc.

Great time and great host! Rafaelle helped us with everything even when we walked to the wrong spot, he called and made sure the driver collected us. Beautiful apartment, comfortable and one of the best restaurants in Positano right down stairs. Loved it!

This charming one bedroom apartment was perfect for our Positano vacation. It was easy to walk to town, and only one flight of stairs up from the road. Trust me, in Positano, that is a perk! Raffaele was very accommodating and responded to all of our requests promptly. He also helped with recommendations for restaurants, beaches and transportation. The view of the sea from the balcony is amazing. It is also a great place to sit and watch the Positano activity. We ate in the family restaurant, which is under the apartment, twice! That was also a huge perk! I would definitely return here and recommend it to my friends.

Our stay here was one of our favorites during our 2 week visit to the Amalfi coast. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from our balcony were stunning. We loved the quaintness of the place. You are walking distance to most establishments. We were a bit concerned about potential staying above a restaurant, but that was never a problem. Our host was always available and was excellent at anticipating our needs. We were scheduled to take a ferry on our transfer to Amalfi when we had a storm roll through which ultimately cancelled our ferry the next day. Our host alerted us to the situation yhe night before and offered to make arrangements for other travel. All was handled very professionally and our travel continued uninterrupted. We also booked reservations for dinner at the owners restaurant and was not disappointed. Our meal was fantastic.
Overall a wonderful experience.

Our stay was amazing! The location is ideal with a beautiful patio to have our coffee and breakfast every morning, then people watch in the evening. Raffaele is an amazing host! He arranged for his driver to pick us up from the Naples train station and bring us to the apartment. He also arranged dinner for us in his amazing restaurant Da Vincenzo, which is located below the apartment. Definitely don't miss out on that!

I cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our stay in Postiano in Rafaele’s apartment. It is in the perfect location, easy to get to the beach, many amazing restraints (including DaVincenzo just below) and shopping. The view off the patio is spectacular and we enjoyed a few nights sitting out there watching the hustle of the people and restaurants and taking in breathtaking Positano. Raf was very easy to work with. He provided amazing suggestions for places to go and offered assistance with finding transportation. We would absolutely stay there again.

With breathtaking vuews the apartment was well situated and well equipped. The host Raffaele was amazing and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Raphael was a very accomodating host. He got as a reservation at his popular family restaurant downstairs which was Devine and he made us feel like home. The view is unreal! Kitchen facilities so you can eat in and enjoy the view. Great location about half way between the beach and the top of Positano!

Wonderful host with a lovely perfectly located unit. Has a beautiful terrace with amazing views perfect for an afternoon drink. Raphael could not be more helpful or accommodating and has a beautiful family run restaurant downstairs with amazing food. Perfect in every way and can highly recommend!!

Our stay at Raffaele’s place was great. The location was exactly as described. The apartment is on the very busy yet convenient Via Pasitea, however it was quiet when it came to evening hours, so you could get quality sleep. I would recommend this apartment to small families, solo travelers, couples, and small friend groups because of the great location and proximity to the Spiaggia Grande.
The bedroom is one the smaller side but it was no problem for us. There is only one bathroom and it is small but functional. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware and is good for making meals. There is a washer which was a huge plus for me!
The apartment was clean, and the space was well utilized, with it not feeling cluttered. The definite highlight of the apartment is the balcony where you can see the beach and ocean and have a nice espresso in the morning or a cocktail at night. We also enjoyed Da Vincenzo restaurant as it was right next to the apartment.
Raffaele was very responsive and super helpful, which made us feel very happy to have stayed there. If ever you need anything, a transfer to and from his place or a dinner reservation, Raffaele is your guy! We had an amazing stay and I highly recommend his Vrbo if you’re looking for a great location in Positano.

Great little flat with gorgeous views and Raffaele was the best host!

My family and I can’t say enough about our stay. Raffaele was a wonderfully attentive host. He is willing to help with anything you need during your stay including transportation. The apartment has just enough of everything you need in the perfect location. He has a well put together book with tons of info about the area and things to do. Close to the beach especially if you take the road down, not nearly as many stairs. The balcony and bedroom have breathtaking views. Raffaele’s Michelin Star awarded family restaurant Da Vincenzo has amazing food and atmosphere. Make a reservation with Raffaele ahead of time it’s very popular. Book it you won’t be disappointed!

Well located apartment towards the top of town, about a 10min walk with reasonable grade &/or steps, but with great views across the town & sea. Raphael the host was very friendly and helpful.
5.0
Great view from the second floor balcony. Excellent location for dining, shops and tours. Furniture could use some updating, but by no means a deal breaker. Raffaele is the key. By far the most excellent host I’ve ever encountered. He arranged for transportation, made room in their restaurant for dinner, called acquaintances to try to arrange last minute cooking classes as weather cancelled our tours. Very attentive. You will not be disappointed.

This property is perfect for a long weekend in Positano. My husband and I visited for my 30th birthday and had the most amazing time. The host Raffaele was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. He arranged cars to and from Naples for us, and offered to arrange day trips to other areas on the Amalfi Coast. His family’s restaurant (Da Vincenzo) has incredible food and is right below the apartment. Dinner there is a must during your stay! I cannot recommend this apartment enough, and hope to return again in the future.

This property is lovely. It has a small (but well equipped) kitchen, living room w/TV and fireplace, nice bathroom facilities and the view is just spectacular. The living room has a very nice-sized terrace overlooking the beach, boats and ocean views as well as the street scene below. With the doors shut, there really wasn't any noise. The very best part of this rental is its owner/Host Raffaele, who was gracious and helpful from the day we booked our stay through the day we left. When our airline mishandled our luggage, I informed Raffaele that the airport might contact him about delivery. By the time we checked in, Raffaele had already placed calls for us and our luggage arrived that very night! We asked him for a driver to take us to Naples upon check-out, the Giro d'Italia was due in Positano that very day, there were no taxis to be had, so Raffaele called a friend to be at our door at the appointed hour and drove us (via localized knowledge of alternate routes) to Naples, well on time for our departure. This rental property is fantastic and has everything you need with a killer view, but the Host makes it a perfect, pleasurable stay. I give it/Raffaele a 5-star review only because I could not give him 10 stars. Highly recommended, A+++++++ Host!!

Our stay was perfect. The location is excellent, and the view from the balcony is incredible. The apartment is comfy and had everything we needed and more. Best of all is Raffaele - he is the kindest, most attentive host, who clearly cares deeply about his guests. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even arranged car service for us on short notice when our original plans fell through. We also enjoyed his family’s restaurant, located just downstairs - not just once, but twice for dinner, it was so good! Highly, highly recommend. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Our stay with Rafaele exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent from start to finish. After the ferry canceled our reservation from Salerno, Rafaele arranged car service for us both in and out of Positano. He was always available for help with anything we needed. The apartment has a great location. Easy to get down to Spiaggia Grande or the dock and plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area. The view is outstanding! We dined at Rafaele’s family restaurant, da Vincenzo, which is just below the apartment. We were treated like family and Rafaele is truly the kindest host we’ve ever had with VRBO. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

Raffaele is a wonderful host! His family owns the restaurant next door and they treated us like royalty. The apartment is cozy and quaint with amazing views of the sea. We drank tea on the balcony each morning and evening just to watch the boats going by. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is so charming with the exposed rock wall! The walk down to the main shopping area in town only takes 10 minutes or so and there are a ton of places to get your morning cappuccino and lunch/dinner within minutes. The host helped us arrange for a ride from the Naples train station, and booked us a ride to Pompeii and scheduled a private tour. He bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is modest and homey, not pretentious, and you’ll be treated like family. Wouldn’t change a thing about it!

Raffaele, the property manager made the stay extra special. Treated us like family!! Best restaurant in Positano right below the rental property. Owned by Raffaele and his family!!

The apartment was very clean, well appointed and perfect for three people. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location was great as we walked everywhere. The Da Vincenzo Restaurant which is excellent is below the apartment. The best part of the property is Raffaele! He was very accessible and helpful. He has great contacts and advice for all aspects of your trip especially transportation. When we return to Positano we will definitely stay with Raffaele!

The property has a terrific view and is perfectly situated where you can walk to restaurants and the beach.
Raffaele is very attentive and helpful! He recommended Umberto Limos Positano which made it very easy to transfer from Naples train station to Positano and back.
We had a great stay in Positano!

This property is amazing. First, the location. It is steps from the main center of Positano and all restaurants/shopping, along with multiple bus stops to take you along the entire Amalfi Coast. The view from the porch is one of the best in town. On top of all that, the host Raffaele goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. He even helped us book another night stay at friends villa to extend our trip. You are also right above one of the best restaurants in Positano, making it so easy to get great food. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone exploring Positano.

Everything was perfect. Close to the bus, beach, a shop with essentials and the most unobstructed views. Raffaele was a perfect host helping and there for us. Thank you. We loved it!

If I could give this more stars I would! We stayed 10 days here and it was a dream! Raf is the best host, the best human, he arranged so many things for us. He is literally one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Plus his restaurant downstairs is absolutely amazing. But the apartment....it is phenomenal. The patio , the view , just everything, I could go on and on. We cooked lots of nights in the kitchen. every morning every night on the patio, It was a joy beyond words. Super comfortable bed, and this place is close to everything! Don't think twice. Rent this apartment and go to Positano you will have the time of your life.

Location is incredible with a balcony view of Positano & the water. Raffaele is so helpful & communicates well. Make sure you take advantage of the restaurant Da Vincenzo just below the apartment- great food, great service, reasonable prices

Perched above Da Vincenzo, one of Positano’s most sought after dining experiences is a perfectly quaint flat with a sweeping view of the sea and famous landscape. The panoramic view can be romanticized at all hours of the day from the balcony. My husband and I loved that balcony. We spent almost every evening out there enjoying the view or a nice homemade dinner. For the evenings we choose to dine at home the kitchen was a perfect size for us and contained all the basic tools and utensils you could possibly need. The flat was so comfortable for me and my husband.
The real magic of this flat extends beyond the actual accommodation itself and resides in its host-- Raffaele. He is the heart and soul of this accommodation. My husband and I spent a month here and saw Raffaele nearly every single day. He is a genuinely kind person who has one of the strongest work ethics. It was a true pleasure getting to know him during our stay. The genuine thoughtfulness he puts into his guests to ensure they feel cared for and welcomed is a large factor into why our trip was made out to be so special. If you have any questions Raffaele is a wealth of knowledge and gives great advice to ensure you have an enjoyable time in whatever past time you are pursuing.
My husband and I have discussed many times over how amazing our trip was and speak very highly of Raffaele and think of him as a good friend. We would most definitely book our stay here again. If you are looking for a unique and personal experience, I encourage you to book this place during your time in Positano.

We didn't realize how lucky we were to stay on the main road through Positano as it significantly cut down on the daily steps we had to climb. Great location, and being above one of the best restaurants in Positano only adds to the experience. Raffaele is a super-responsive host and went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. The kitchen is stocked and allowed us to cook a few dinners to eat out on the balcony using groceries from the store around the corner. Honestly couldn't have imagined a better stay in Positano!

Raffaele was a great host with excellent communication. The view from this apartment was absolutely breathtaking. Location was exceptional and steps away from shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

We have been to Positano a few times and love it there!
The property was just as described and in a great central location. Raffaele was more than gracious and available to us at all times. DaVincenzo Restaurant downstairs never fails and always has delicious food.

This was a wonderful apartment and an ideal location within Positano! The views were incredible, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops all around. It was just a short walk to the beach as well. Raffaele was such a wonderful host - very responsive and attentive! We also went to dinner at his family's restaurant out last night there, which was a terrific experience. It was DELICIOUS. Cannot recommend this stay enough!
