There was no air conditioner, the costumer service was terrible, negligence, unbothered attitude.

Bottom floor, zero natural light, very humid and bad smel because of it.

Good location centrally for work. Staff very responsive. Easy check in / out

V warm weather fan helped but still a little hot.

The staff was super receptive and ensured timely solutions to all our needs! On the day of check in, we noticed that the apartment had not cleaned up to satisfaction. Upon bringing this to the attention of the staff, they promptly redressed the issue and upgraded us to a bigger apartment for the night. The staff, especially Andrea, were very hospitable and always ready and willing to help! The property is just a 2 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and if one is fond of exploring Paris on foot, is hardly 15 minutes of leisurely walk from the Louvre. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment!

Nice apartment in the heart of Arts et Metiers zone, only 1km far from Louvre. A quick step far from metro and Buses. Andrea, the owner is very kind and fast in replies. The apartment was clean and with all amenities. Thanks a lot for the nice stay!

Large rooms The host was nice and answered all our questions quickly All the electric appliances were great (heating, stove and even a washing machine!) Close to supermarkets and restaurants

Location was spot on, the place itself was perfect for the two of us. Would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Paris for a couple of days

We used the pull out bed and left it out to avoid having to pack it away each day - this compromised on the space we had. Would have been good to have some basic toiletries other than shower gel (in small plastic containers). Bar of soap would have been good

I cannot recommend this beautiful little apartment enough! The apartment is beautiful, so cosy and most importantly warm given our visit was in December! The courtyard was beautiful, the property was big enough for the three of us, the sofa bed is extremely big and could easily sleep a fourth person. There was more then enough bedding and kitchen utensils for our stay. The property was really really clean which is so important for us, location was amazing right near resteraunts and supermarkets/shops to pick bits up for your stay. It is near the metro as well as a walk away from some sights. The host was contactable and so helpful throughout our stay, we were also emailed instructions upon arrival which were all easy to follow. I unfortunately left my phone in the apartment, the host has been so helpful in ensuring this gets back to me safely. Great communication throughout and post stay. I cannot recommend this apartment enough! We came to Paris for a birthday and had a blast! I will be staying here whenever I have the pleasure of visiting Paris! Thank you!
