This was another fantastic stay at the Island Club. The booking, check-in and arrival experience was seamless. The Island Club staff was kind and courteous in their communication - keeping us informed throughout every step. The home we rented was clean and cool when we arrived so we were able to immediately unpack and unwind. The house is in a great location that is by the pool but still offers privacy. The home is spacious and had everything we needed to make some meals, grill out and enjoy time with our family. We hope to rent this same house again later in the season!

The four of us enjoyed our time at this property. It is easy to get in and out of and allowed us ample space. We are very low key travelers and this was more than sufficient.

Bachelorette
We stayed here for a bachelorette and had a great time! The location is so good-literally steps from the pool! The porch had a grill which was easy to use and worked great. The only downsides were that the floors were pretty dirty- if we walked around barefoot our feet were very dirty. The stove/oven also didn’t work very well. When we had an issue the property manager came over right away and tried to help us but it just didn’t work (the oven mostly). Overall, it was a great stay and I’d go back. The subdivision is one big party and we loved that!

Perfect Getaway
The house was clean and spacious, and check-in was a breeze! The Island club taxi driver Zach gave us his personal number as soon as we got off the ferry and was always readily available. Close to the pool and just a short drive to downtown. 10/10 recommend!

Trailer seemed clean, but had a weird smell. Great location with a fun atmosphere. Our place was near the pool, although it wasn’t swimming weather still nice to have a pool in walking distance. After staying in downtown pib for years, it’s definitely nice to be set back in a separate little community. We would definitely return to this place!

The experience was amazing. Put in Bay Island is so much fun by itself. But staying at the Island Club resort made it that much better. Dotti White basically pampered me and my party. Whenever we needed anything, she was there within minutes. Thank you so much for the great time. I highly recommend the Club! And of course, I will be back next year, and many years to come.

Originally we were going to stay in #63 but Island Club called and asked if we’d like a massive upgrade free of charge so we ended up in #27. All that can say is wow! If this was an upgrade I’d hate to see what the other place looked like. We had dirty bed sheets and dirty towels. The place was a dump. I called the office several times to complain. They were supposed to get back with me the following Monday but never did so I contacted them again. I have yet to see the $200.00 they were going to take off our bill. The place was $1600.00 for 2 nights... it was disgusting and I will never go back!

We booked our Labor Day weekend stay earlier this summer and its a good thing we did because the island was packed. The check in and golf cart instructions were communicated clearly so checking in was a breeze. Our house was cool on the hot day that we arrived. Everything was cleaned and neatly organized in the house. The house is near the pool which made our stay that much better.

We had a wonderful time! To start, the house was large, clean, and comfortably fit our entire group. The house was nicely decorated with a lake theme. The kids loved being close enough to walk over to the pool. The staff did an incredible job from start to finish helping us plan our vacation! The golf cart was delivered right to our house and they quickly delivered our keys once we arrived. We will definitely return next summer!

Overall, the experience went smoothly. Cute 3 bedroom in a quiet location. Lots of space for the 5 of us. We had a nice time and would definitely come back again. The only down side was the kitchen cookware was very old and scratched up and could use more of a selection.
