Great hotel , clean spacious rooms very good breakfast friendly staff .

My wife and I came here on our wedding anniversary and the staff welcomed us with a little gift!

Location, kindness and professionalism of staff and I loved the room and how intentional you are to make sure your guests have peace and quiet during their stay.

I took my 3 teenager granddaughters to Hampton Beach for the weekend. The room was amazing! Enough room for everyone. The bathroom was beautiful and the girls loved the mirrors. The coffee nook with microwave and fridge also had great placement. It's not easy making teenage girls sooo happy. Thank you. We l9ved everything about the room

Bathroom sink clogged reported issue and it was never fixed the whole time I was there. You think they would fix the issue at $300 a night

Warm pool but small, clean good sized room, nice staff, Only 10 minutes to the beach. Good location.

shower tile and door needed better cleaning (black slime above bottles, corner and shower track) , no liners in Barrels, Highway and ac noise, location of TV, breakfast had variety but sausage patties were inedible. Many guests threw away alot of food and where choosing more of the cereals , coffee and bakery goods rather than the hot food. Bath towels very small and thin. I had to use two to dry off.

Only 8 minutes drive to Hampton Beach, close by shopping centers. We highly recommend this hotel.

The air conditioner is very close to the bed, The fridge has a lot of ice build up and needs maintenance to work properly

From the second we got there until we left, everything was perfect. In that I spent most of my life in the military, i travelled lot and honestly never had such a positive experience as we did staying at the hotel.
