This was a last minute booking for a one night stay. My options were limited, but it worked for what I needed. There is nothing fancy about the hotel, simple and basic to get some sleep.
I'm not sure it's something they did bad, although the location is a bit away from the freeway.

The room was very clean. You could tell they took pride with their property. Being retired the value was outstanding. I will use this motel in future trips.

While the beds were super comfy and clean, if you walked with socks on they were black from the floor. Also, the AC functioned, but didn’t cool the room down at all.

Sam and Muhammad are super friendly and accommodating. I stayed here off and on for a few weeks while waiting for my apartment to be ready. The motel, rooms and bathrooms are very clean and parking is easy. 1-2 min drive to local restaurants and pubs. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you Sam!! You're awesome!!

Desk clerk was very pleasant.

15-20 minutes before tap water ran warm, never got hot.

People were clearly outside their rooms being loud and no one took care of it. Even the room next to me was slamming things against the wall and slamming the door I could not sleep.

The front desk attendant was very friendly. The heat in the room, although too much for us, worked very well. The bed was comfortable enough and the sheets clean.
The shower did not have any hot water. The floors were so dirty that my bare feet got dirty. The bathroom, especially the shower, was not clean.
