When we arrived the house had been painted hours before we entered. Construction across street during week hours. Pool did not heat until weather approached 70 degrees towards the end of our stay. Property could use a handyman to fix fridge, dishwasher noise, broken exterior electrical outlet covers. Other then the construction noise / quiet neighborhood / Friendly Locals / Great Food / Fishing / Beaches!!!!!

This house worked for our group of 8. Pool was great to have, layout was nice for some separation when needed. The property is old, some reviews indicated that, some did not which surprised me. I have shared a few concerns with management and they were very willing to listen. I had a few issues during the stay, only called property manager once and a plumber was called to address it quickly which was appreciated. I feel like the cost for the week, for a party of 8, is what it is.

Great setup for a small family. Some of the interior was a little dated but very clean and the pool area was fantastic. The property management team was super helpful and even stopped out to help with the pool heater on Christmas Eve.

Great location. Quiete street. Nice pool. Had an ant situation when we arrived. Lots of finishings that are worn, chipping paint, broken cabinet doors, chipping ceramic finishes. Overall a decent value, but the property needs work.

We had a family reunion on Anna Maria Island. Each family unit rented a house or condo within walking distance of each other. We had eight members stay here and we were not cramped in the least! Nice furniture and decorations. It was well supplied with cooking/baking/grilling/eating utensils, cups, plates etc...Nice stove/oven micro and refrigerator! Loved the second fridge in the laundry room! Thankful for the washer and dryer! Plenty of clean towels, sheets, blankets. Wonderful pool and yard. Nice big screen T.V's. Remotes and WIFI worked! Fun board games provided. Owners/property manager were great to work with! This is a nice place to make memories!

Everything was nice except the dog hair we found when we opened the sleeper sofa. When we got the vacuum to clean up the hair, the vacuum smelled so bad we could not use it ( wet dog odor). The refrigerator in the kitchen was not cold and we could not change the temperature, thank goodness ther was another fridge in the laundry room.

The property had a good location as far as walking distance to the beach and other attractions. We enjoyed to pool but where it was heated it was about to hot to use during the days but felt decent at night. The property was in decent shape a door was missing off cabinets and the pool light didn’t work the entire time we stayed. Overall all the property was wonderful now the place we booked with Beach Rentals. Mobi on the other hand was difficult to work with. The two ladies that work there that handle the final payment were rude and very disrespectful! Long story short the was a discrepancy in final payment between Beach Rentals.Mobi and VRBO over final price and the two women working for Beach Rentals.Mobi were trying to charge more than agreed upon. The manager did fix it and make it right but the way it was handled was very unprofessional! I would stay at property again but will never use anything related to Beach Rentals.Mobi!

The kids loved the pool and beach nearby. There were beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler for guests to use. Everything was within walking distance or a short ride on the free trolly. Will definitely be back!

This was a perfect house for a beach vacation. Loved being able to wake up to see the bay across the street (not sure how long this will last as there is an empty lot that looks ready for construction in front of the bay) then walk a couple of blocks to the beach! The house is an easy walk from restaurants and activities, though I recommend reflective wear at night as the side walk is very close to the street on the main road and it’s dark and hard to see pedestrians. The house itself is very cute and beachy feeling. There was plenty of room for hanging out both inside and outside. The pool was great once the weather was warm enough to enjoy it. The only drawback was a patch of mold on the ceiling over the bar in the kitchen, which hopefully will be easy to get rid of. We were there during a holiday week so nothing was done about the mold when we notified the management team but they were very quick to respond when we had trouble with the pool heater.

We loved the location of this property. Right now, there is a house torn down across the street, so you can see sun rise over the bay. It's a quick walk to the beach on the other side. There's an extra fridge in the laundry room, which was nice! There were a few things we had questions about (floor strip coming up, pool heater, AC, fan remote) that we texted the property manager about, and he came over. I think there are a few things that need upkeep and wish the pool was a tiny bit warmer, but you can't beat the location and we found it well worth the money. I would also update instruction manual- (how to turn off fans, motion lights, what to do with towels before leaving).

Corner lot with GREAT LOCATION!
This house was just perfect for our family beach vacation! The rooms were a great size and the living space was ideal for us to hang out. A couple of suggestions I would make would be to have the couch professionally deep cleaned including the carpet. The location of the house was ideal to head to the beach then come back and relax in the pool! We will definitely love to come back to enjoy this rental again!

We love the old Florida feel of this little bungalow. We have stayed here before. It fits our family perfect as far as the space. The pool is perfect. The location is wonderful. Although we didn’t bring our pups with us this time, we love that it is pet friendly. We love AMI!

Cant beat the location!
So easy to get anywhere on AMI from here! 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. A few minutes walk to the bars and shops. House was perfect and clean, beds are comfy. Only setback we encountered was that the pool was not heated upon arrival. When I am charged a mandatory heating fee, I expect the pool to be warm on arrival...not 2 days later. Other than that our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend the property.

Check in was easy. Property was clean and accurately described. Pool/backyard area was clean and relaxing. House well stocked with linens and towels. Nice laundry. Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Would definitely rent again.

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 babies stay for a week and overall had an excellent time. We would go to the beach in the morning (literally 2 mins walk) make breakfast with all the amenities go to lunch to one of the walking distant restaurants (Beach House was overall favorite with 10 mins walk) then relax by the pool. The property is as clean as it gets for a rental, all the amenities you need are provided. Only improvement I’d recommend would be to change the living area carpet to something that is softer and doesn’t shed all over our clothes and a bit easier for babies to crawl on. We did feel a bit rushed at checkout as the staff was all over the property at 9:40am. Besides these minor notices, we had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone.
