Wash basin was not working properly..room service was not upto the mark .Food didn't include authentic seafoods of alleppey..even prawns items were not at all available

Great resort. Comfortable room. Good food. European guests were the minority during our stay. Great boating trip organised for us to our requirements.

The location and property

The services were very slow. During a la carte in lunch the hotel hardly had any options vis a vis the menu they were providing was very extensive.

Very beautiful location, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, lovely massages, fantastic pool, great selection of food in the restaurant.

No pool service! No wine and beer in restaurant!

Mattress in the room was very soft which was not very suitable for sleeping. Swimming pool timings can be increased. Spa and food was overpriced.

Location & Built

The staff is not at all trained and they would threaten to not clean your room , rude and not understanding. We asked to meet the GM many times but our request was denied. The chef refused food to us because we were a family of 4 people. Worst stay ever as the linen were used and dirty. washrooms we’re not clean and stinky like a public urinal. This is the standard of. 5 star claimed hotel. we are super disappointed with the rudeness and service

Slightly expensive

The staff were very kind and helpful, specifically the restaurant staff. I loved the pond of ducks. I loved the Turkeys on the loose. I loved the maintenance of the hotel and ecology. I loved the backwater boat rides. I loved the balcony and the view of the lake.

The road leading to the resort is very bad. The smell of mold in the room. The unrealistic images of the resort on booking.com.

I liked the location

Its not worth Value for money, this property could have been offered at Rs 10 k for 2 nights instead of 18 k
