The location suited us, being close to the bus station and the ferry port to take us on our backwaters tour. The room was mostly clean and had good AC, and the staff helped us organise a backwaters tour.

The bathroom could have been cleaner - when we arrived there was water all over the toilet and floor. The towels were also basically unusable - not absorbent at all.

Friendly staff, clean, modern, comfortable, well located. Good AC! Excellent value for money. No food offered but quick walk to nice breakfast spots (Borma and Cafe Paradiso).

No wifi or hot water (but we were so warm from our day out that it didnt matter!)

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, A/C, great location close to the main canal in Alleppey and a short walk to the centre of town.

Wifi wasn’t very strong in the bedroom, but was fine on the balcony and in the corridor and reception area.

Great location in a peaceful area within walking distance of the backwaters. Many good places to eat and drink just around the corner. The hotel was very modern and quite fancy considering the reasonable price during peak season. The hotel was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in during our 3 weeks in india. This place was easily the most comfortable stay so far. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They were willing to arrange taxis, rickshaws and to provide any recommendations. Overall I 100% recommend this place for solo travellers, couples or families who want a very comfortable stay for a good price.
