The room air conditioning is not effective

The service was excellent. Thank you for the cake for celebrating Father’s Day and especially Rena for the arrangement during the whole stay. Definitively will come again!

The service and view are top notch ! Very kid friendly. Our kid got sick and they provided all the help and flexibility we needed to deal with it (late check out due to kid sleep and information regarding hospitals nearby)

Sea view if the room was offered.

Nothing was seriously wrong, but every small details added up to poor experience. At entrance, bellboy misdirected me to another part of hotel lobby, so I had to drag my luggage across the hotel hall to reception for registration. At registration I asked about express check out but was told not available and alternatives offered were simply formal check-out in one form or another. Shower stall in room was not sufficiently cleaned and water stains were visible. At night when I was about to rest, hotel reception proactively called to inform me that the hotel restaurant had to be closed due to COVID restriction. That call was particularly annoying and not required at all. After check-out during my office hours, the hotel called again to ask for my opinion about stay. Why can't the staff be less annoying?

The location is perfect, and the bed is very comfortable!

At all day dining , staff skill level beyond five stars, good quality average, cleanliness average. At Chinese Restaurant, only four stars standard, food quality average

Some team members dine in the same dining room and noise.

The customer service was excellent. When I needed to exchange money at a money changer, the staff personally escorted me to one 5 mins walk from the hotel
