Assis sur un 7 acres Christmas Tree Farm partage avec notre laboratoire de chocolat, poulets, chèvres, koi étang et le miel des abeilles. (Voir le site (recherche "Clarks Christmas Tree Farm") pour plus d'information agricole) Près de plages, kayak, SUP'ing, le vent, le kite et le surf vague, 5 caves à moins de 10 miles, les fermes, les estuaires, les réserves naturelles, les restaurants, la route et hors route à vélo. (Nous sommes de la baie de Narragansett Wheelmen populaire "Flattest siècle en Orient" bien sûr) à 20 minutes de Newport, à 15 minutes de Bristol, à 30 minutes de New Bedford et à 40 minutes de la Providence. Faites votre propre petit-déjeuner avec café et nos oeufs de ferme ou à vélo frais locaux / monter à l'un des nombreux saisonniers éventaires en bordure de route ou des cafés. This cozy cottage was perfect for 2 adults who wanted to see the area. In addition to being in a great location ( quiet, beautiful, centrally located), the cottage had everything we needed and more (including Netflix). Also, this cottage was the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in! Would love to come back in summer...

We really enjoyed our 2nd stay at the cottage. It was very relaxing and private. It was a much needed break from life. The cottage has everything you need and is extremely clean. Visiting the Goats every morning was a plus too.. The owners are very nice as well..We will definitely be back!

From start to finish everything went well. I was especially happy that the bed had COTTON sheets and a couple of thin blankets as well as a fat duvet comforter. I never sleep well on beds with polyester or microfiber sheets. The stuff just doesn’t breathe! So thankful for excellent sleep.
The kitchen was rustic but well appointed, appreciated the water machine, as well, a variety of restaurants and shops, too. My 8 year old Granddaughter lived the goats.

The cottage was so cute, comfortable, and had everything we need. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was stocked with extra blankets, kitchen supplies, beach towels. The town was also so beautiful with scenic drive, cute town, beaches, hikes nearby. The hosts were very nice and the cottage felt super private. We enjoyed walking around the farm and saying hello to the goats. Such an amazing weekend!

The instructions given to us made finding the cottage easy. It looks exactly as pictured and I was lucky enough to be there on a rainy evening. With the skylights, little windows and the bed/window seat, it made relaxing and listening to the rain pure perfection! The Christmas trees and the goats add to the charm of this little cottage and we absolutely loved it. Catherine is an amazing host that has thought of every detail and had it all typed out ready for us to refer to which helped with shopping, dining and sightseeing in town. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage had everything you could possibly need in it. Don't hesitate...book it, you won't regret it!

We loved staying in the cottage on Clark’s Christmas Tree Farm! The cottage is quaint, with a well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher! The living area is very comfortable, light and airy. It is so nice to have the outdoor patio for meals as well as for sitting and enjoying the outdoors. The rustic gas fireplace must be nice on a chilly night, but we didn’t need it! The summer like weather was great for bicycling and just being outdoors!
Catherine and Eric are great hosts, they include information on many local places to visit and dine at.
The history of the Christmas Tree Farm is fun to read about, and there is a book on display in the cottage about Clark’s Farm! We enjoyed using Christmas tree plates and mugs, adding to the ambiance!

Owners failed to turn on bedroom heating, also they let the bbq gas empty and failed to have a spare glass bottle, they also let the water fountain empty and didn’t fix it for a couple of days - could be a great place if they would just concentrate upon their customers!

This VRBO is exactly as described. It is a very clean standalone building on a beautiful Christmas Tree farm. With all the comforts of home we enjoyed this quiet little retreat. Eric was quick with any requests we had. We would stay here again.

I grew up summers in Westport and raised my daughters in Tiverton so this is a very Special place for me!! This little rustic cottage was the perfect fit for our week! It had everything we needed and Catherine and Eric were wonderful hosts!! The weather was wonderful which made our stay perfect!! Thank you for sharing your little bit of paradise with us!!

Nice accommodation in the country. Had evenything we needed and we were very comfortable. Close enough to Newport for day trips and a good restaurant and shops a mile away. Hosts provided a good handout with info and recommendations on what to do. Hosts were responsive as well. Very positive experience overall.

This cottage is absolutely lovely, homey and in a great setting. It is nestled.on a Christmas Tree Farm, replete with the cutest goats and surrounded by the iconic New England stone walls. The kitchen was fully equipped.with every imaginable supply and tool leaving nothing to be desired. There are neat little shops nearby, cafes and awesome seafood, of course. Short drive to Fall River and or New Bedford. Only 35 minutes to Providence.or Newport. Wi/fi, big screen and a most comfortable bed completes the experience that these thoughtful landlords proudly provide. Enjoy!

Just the perfect spot for our long weekend trip! Conveniently located in a beautiful area with many options to pass the time. Very cozy and beautifully furnished and equipped with most everything you could think of. Setting is quiet, lovely and private, with nature all around. We had the best sleep in a long time, and hated to leave. We hope to stay again next year.

A lovely stay was had on this property. If you were looking to get away from it all while simultaneously being minutes from local sites and attractions, then this locale is a perfect destination. There’s a full kitchen equipped with everything you’d need to have a meal in. The gas fireplace was a nice touch, keeping us warm on the cooler nights. There was plenty of space for the two of us to spread out and enjoy our stay. The bed was quite comfortable for a rental property, as were the loveseat and chairs in the living room. The grounds were just adorable, with small trees scattered around and even some goats to give you that true country farm experience. The locally sourced honey supplied by the owners was exceptional. The feeling of total relaxation was definitely achieved at this location. Both my partner and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Definitely a getaway that we will cherish.

Our stay was amazing. The hosts were kind, the property was perfect, the location is quiet. Close to Newport and providence. Relaxing and everything we wanted. We even had our dog with us who absolutely adored the property, goats, and turkey. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

This little cottage is a gem. Close to many locations for shopping and dining and far enough to way to make you feel like you’re far away in the country. The owners Catherine and Eric were absolutely wonderful. There is a resident turkey, Rodney, that enjoyed coming to the cottage door. I’m pretty sure he was interested in my dogs.. overall this place is great for a little weekend getaway or a week trip. Everything was clean and perfect with extras of everything and if there was something we needed that wasn’t there they were more than happy to get it for us.

Quaint, quiet, cottage with room to relax. So many extras that are alsolutely unexpected. Being dog-friendly was just the beginning. Between the farm setting including resident animals, acres to walk and included condiments like eggs, honey from their farm. Way more charm than expected.

I loved this sweet, cozy, welcoming cottage in quaint Tiverton. Everything about this cottage was perfect - from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked kitchen (eggs, coffee) to the glowing fireplace on the cold, blustering nights. I'll come back many times.

We had a relaxing and cozy Thanksgiving away from NYC. My daughter thought hearing the Turkey gobble back at her has the funniest thing. Walking the dogs through the Xmas trees in the morning was such a nice way to start the day… and we absolutely loved walking around the small town. Groundswell home is an incredible place to spend too much $$.

We thought this cottage was great! It was clean, well appointed and safe. The animals and Christmas trees were a bonus, especially for my seven year old. We found the location to be very convenient to everythingwe were seeing, and really fell in love with Rhode Island! I would definitely recommend!

Tranquility with a great location. The cottage felt very homey, short drive to Bristol and Newport for great restaurants and specialty retail. The cottage is just minutes to the four corners area which also has some specialty shopping. We brought our bikes and were able to ride on some beautiful country roads. Also some nice walking paths close by.

We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for putting the AC in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, although, I would suggest either replacing for removing the head board. It was quite noisey at night when turning over.

Very welcoming
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We had our grandkids over during the daytime and they got to see the goats and walk through the Christmas trees. And of course they got to meet Rodney the turkey😊

We loved staying at the cottage. It was very clean, quiet, and interacting with the goats, chicken, and Randy, the turkey, was a pleasure. So relaxing! The owners are very pleasant as well. We totally recommend it and will be back.

We stayed 4 nights and we couldn't have been happier. It was so cute, clean, and the hosts were great. They gave us fresh eggs,
honey, right from their farm. Also, they left a bottle of wine.! We loved the property with the chickens, goats, and the turkey!

This place was adorable. We had no issues in our 4 night stay, Sorry we never got to meet the owners as we were very busy visiting all the local towns. Tiverton is a great little town & close enough to visit the Cape & New Port. We enjoyed the walk around the farm & looking at tbe Christmas trees.
