Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast (especially cinnamon rolls) excellent.

Not a thing

We arrived in the midst of a snowstorm. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Also, the bed was soft. Breakfast in the morning was great! Definitely would recommend to others traveling.

We were cheerily greeted by Ariel at the front desk, who informed us we were staying at the newest hotel in Elko. She swiftly checked us into a lovely room on the upper floor and assured us it had a fantastic view of the mountains in the morning. It did. Breakfast was beyond the standard, and the hotel was every bit as nice as Ariel maintained.

Bed was comfortable, the desk staff man was quick and attentive and the breakfast awesome.

The maid left food in the refrigerator and the flashing lights coming from the smoke detector was beyond extreme.

Clean, updated rooms

Room card didn’t work for some facilities the way they should and had to be opened by staff. Checkout was at 11am and cleaning staff started letting themselves into our room to start cleaning it at 9:30am, while we were still in bed. They came in and interrupted our stay a total of 5 times before we packed up to leave the room and check out

I liked how friendly the guy at the front desk was. He was so accomodating and answered all my question. He made a very good first impression.

I wish there were a restaurant on the property so I don’t have to get in my car to eat dinner. When you are on the road all day, you don’t want to do any extra driving.
