not charming but for the price it is ok

The price was right. It was relatively clean, for the Philippines. There is a nice Sinigag Station up, around the corner. If I was to need to stay in this neighborhood again, I would consider this place.

Bad neighborhood at night... but 90% of Cebu City is that way... people get desperate when they are living in abject, grinding poverty. The government is corrupt.

The location was good and the staff there was awesome. So very helpful to us. We appreciate that so much!

The internet wifi could have been a little better. It was just a little slow.

The room wasn’t great - not the same one as in our reservation photo with a broken toilet and barely working AC it didn’t feel too safe and was extremely loud - we couldn’t sleep the entire night

Staff are always accomadating.

Standard of rooms is really bad now!! No maintenance ever happens so there's always one or two issues with the room. Broken ac units that make loud sounds so its hard to sleep,thin windows that don't close properly so you can hear the streets below an dogs always barking,broken showers that have blocked holes in the shower head so water doesn't flow properly. It's really frustrating having to ask to ask to change rooms constantly to find EVERY room has atleast one issue!!! They don't check the rooms properly!! This place used to be my fav hotel in cebu,I have spent alot of money here over the years!! Now I won't go back because the quality of the hotel has got so bad! I like the staff an have known some for a while an it's a great shame this hotel is so bad now...its hard to find any consistent standard of room in ph an this hotel just became one thats not worth staying in. Please spend some money an get this place back up to standard as its my base in the city an it used to be the best in cebu.

The place was clean and the staff granted my request to change room due to the room set-up and the table I would need for work.

If the hotel could serve free breakfast, that would be an additional plus.

The place was clean and walking distance to my appointment area and to the city. The staff was accommodating.

if you’re going to extend your stay you have to book again online not in the counter itself. The wifi connection is a but slow. Since I travel alone, I keep calling my family to be my company while I’m not on work but the wifi connection is slow.

There is no.... -Telephone in the room -No disposable slippers - I asked for housekeeping to clean the room (because our coffee fell down on the floor) but nobody is attending until we checked out.
