The best thing of this place is vibe.

Not enough showers, not enough places to hang clothes etc in showers, beds/bunkbeds not close together when we booked them (but staff were helpful in moving us). Would have liked a little information board about the local area.

Excellent for the price. Could be available a little earlier 8.00am instead of 8.30 that was usually 8.45.

Excellent location a short walk from seaside with many cafes, bats, restaurants. Modern area. Nice common area in hostel with attractive decor. Clean and good kitchen. Good aircon in downstairs room. Many washrooms. Has heated water sometimes. Laundry service. A great place to hang out. I would stay again

Cool people and great location. The bed in a 6 bed women room was very comfortable and bedsheets smelled fresh and were clean. Located in a village ambiance with yummy veg streetfood and some cozy coffees nearby.

As a suggestion for improvement buffet facilities for breakfast could be a bit more cleaner and appetizing.

Great and sociable common area, beautifully decorated. Breakfast is quite good, more than just the usual toast often found in similar budget hostels, also fruit and eggs available and Indian style dishes. The rooms are small but big lockers and privacy provided with curtains. Drinking water available.

The bathroom cubicles are small and there's not enough space to hang things, some hooks would be nice. Rooms are small and the light wasn't turned off at night.

Location, I guess? Like, Bandra West is a kind of a special place. I don’t know, just be careful there.

The staff and the people living in the hostel were really nice. The hostel is located in Bandra which is a great area to stay, with a lot of Cafés and shopping opportunities. Breakfast was included and really delicious. The common area is nicely decorated and comfortable.

We slept in a room of ten. Unfortunately, my friend got bed bugs from her bed in this hostel. After we brought it to the attention of the staff, they cleaned the room, but they could not wash or disinfect the blankets and pillows. Unfortunately, we still found living bed bugs afterwards. However, we were not put in another room after we told the hostel staff. Which is why my friend got new bites again the following night. After the four nights we had a long discussion with the manager of the hostel because we wanted our money back and that the hostel pays for our infested laundry. In addition, the same friend's Nike shoes were stolen from the hostel's shoe rack. According to the staff, the cctv cameras were positioned so awkwardly that they could not trace the theft. In the end, we got half of our money back plus an additional 2000 rupees to do our laundry. The showers had no or insufficient water between 9 and 11am. In addition, the showers and toilets could not be locked securely.

would have liked if the staff were more helpful/welcoming and gave a bit of info about getting around Mumbai etc. Also the social space was right next to the ladies dorm room which kept me awake until early morning

Totally a hippie vibe, international crowd, DIY breakfast and dish cleaning etc

When everyone turn their individual bed fans on, the sound is super super intense. sleep can be hard.
