Situé à Toledo, ce charmant copropriété pour 119 € par nuit est un fantastique option pour votre prochain pause Il s'agit d'un fantastique appartement au cœur du quartier historique (casco) de Tolède. Il ne pouvait pas être situé dans un meilleur endroit. La cathédrale est à moins de 100 mètres, l'Alcazar à moins de 200 mètres. Il y a une petite quantité de stationnement dans la rue et un garage est disponible (contactez-nous pour plus de détails).
L'appartement est au premier étage et dispose de 3 chambres doubles. Deux des chambres ont des lits jumeaux et l'autre chambre a un lit double. Le meilleur de tous, l'appartement dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Voir les photos !!

Great apartment in the old city, within walking distance of all that you need and want to see. The owner was extremely helpful and informative. We enjoyed the quaint rooftop patio, and the basement parking was a definite plus!

This accommodation has a lot going for it - location, pet friendly, parking space and an outside terrace. The communication with the owner was also thorough, helpful and swift. However, the standard of cleanliness was very poor - debris on the living room floor, under beds; tea towels that were filthy and could not be used; under sink and utensil cupboards that hadn’t been cleaned for many months; chipped crockery; no privacy in the downstairs shower room as the door didn’t close properly; cobwebs on the walls; the outside space had debris on it, was full of weeds and needs properly sweeping and tidying to make it more welcoming and enjoyable for guests. I advised the owner of our groups’ disappointment - with photos - and despite a couple of concessions, was told I was nit picking! My feedback was to try and make other guest’s stays better, as currently they could be vastly improved.

Ubicación muy buena y con garaje
La casa está muy bien, estuvimos 6 personas muy a gusto. Viene muy bien que tenga dos baños y sobre todo que tenga garaje, ya que en el centro de Toledo esto es muy difícil de encontrar. Esta a pocos minutos de la catedral.

APPARTEMENT IDEALEMENT PLACE
Cet appartement dispose d'un garage fermé. C'est un ENORME avantage dans cette belle ville où la circulation est très difficile dans les rues étroites. On a garé notre voiture au garage et visité ensuite la ville à pied. C'est plus simple.
L'appartement est vaste, spacieux, calme, sans vis-à-vis. Il est bien équipé. La chambre qui donne sur la petite terrasse est la plus chaude.
Il y a un marché pas loin pour faire les courses.
Tous les monuments sont donc accessibles à pied. C'est bien.
Attention, les rues sont pavées de galets. C'est glissant. Prévoir des chaussures de marche en conséquence.
Je pourrai relouer sans problème cet appartement.

Ha estado bien. Pero el apartamento mejoraría muchísimo más si cuando te entregan las llaves estuviera más limpio.

Danny ist ein unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr groß. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundungen in der Altstadt.

Our only slight criticism, is the deck is a highlight as it overlooks the beautiful city of Toledo but it lacked an umbrella. So we were unable to enjoy it until the sun went down. The deck could’ve also used a little TLC. Other than that our stay was delightful.

Beautiful apartment near the city center with a Terrance that overlooks the city
We loved this apartment! Especially the terrace for a sunset view over the city.

The kitchen has the essentials for coffee and tea. We didn’t cook but it appears to have the basics if you want to cook.

El apartamento tiene una localización excelente cerca del centro. Cuando llegamos el propietario estaba esperándonos, fue muy amable y nos informo de todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia en la ciudad. Un apartamento ideal para una familia no demasiado numerosa, totalmente equipado y amueblado, y con calefacción muy importante en según que fechas.

Great place to stay and Daniel was very accommodating and helpful getting us checked in and giving us pointers for the area and city. Really helped getting us settled in. Down side was no WiFi, DVD player/DVD’s as advertised however there was so much to see and do in the town we probably would have never watched DVDs anyway. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Toledo. Must see the cathedral, El Greco museum is good but more El Greco paintings in cathedral than museum. We’d highly recommend taking one of the tour cabs around the perimeter of the city for about 5 eu per person to see the scenic view points, Less expensive than red bus tour and better value depending on what you want to see. We did not have a car and glad, as not much parking in town, very narrow streets and cabs are much better to/from train station unless you’re familiar with area.

Ideal for a few days exploring old town Toledo. Air con and lovely little roof terrace were very welcome. Wouldn't advise taking a large car into the old town or the apartment garage.

Lo único la limpieza, un poco justita, pero es un tema que ya aclaramos con el propietario,y que dependía de la empleada de limpieza, no directamente de él.
Si volviese a Toledo, volvería a reservar allí.

Muy buena. Todos las necesidades de la casa cubiertas, cómodo y bien situado, a dos pasos de la Catedral.

No recomendable, anula reserva a 3 días del viaje.
Describo mi experiencia por si a alguien le resulta útil.
Un viernes realicé una consulta de disponibilidad, el sábado me confirmó que el alojamiento estaba disponible y me indicó precio y método de pago. El domingo formalicé la reserva y hablé con Danny Langley y Concha Grau (propietarios) en varios mensajes, el lunes continuamos hablando sobre el alojamiento y Toledo, información de el alojamiento y dirección. Y el martes por la tarde me salta un mensaje de Homeaway donde se cancela la reserva y mas tarde un escueto mensaje del propietario donde me indica "ha habido un error, se cancela la reserva". A posteriores mensajes míos ya no ha vuelto a contestar, de hecho creo que la única manera de volver a saber de ellos sera la respuesta a este mensaje, espero que con una explicación mas extensa que "ha habido un error" dado que por casualidad nos hemos enterado de la persona que va a su alojamiento por medio de otra "aplicacion" y su mayor precio pagado. Si quieren seriedad y seguridad en el alquiler de una propiedad en Toledo, lo desaconsejo, nosotros nos quedamos sin alojamiento a 3 días del viaje.

If you have a car the basement garage is a bonus as car parking in Toledo is at a premium and expensive, most are also a good walk from the apartment. It's worth noting though that road access to the garage is narrow, so don't hire a 4x4 or similar!
We left the car in the garage for most of our stay as we just didn't need it, even opting to go to Madrid by train (25 Euros return). Madrid station is also perfect for picking up the sightseeing bus across the main road by Mcdonald's, It's the only way to see Madrid in a day and pretty good value compared to other major city tours.
Definitely recommend the apartment and the owner Danny is only a phone call away if you need him.
