Une casa très agréable, très bien située, au calme, très bon wifi, un personnel super gentil, attentionné et flexible en cas de problème de dates. Plein de bons conseils. Eau chaude dans la douche. Cuisine bien équipée à disposition, eau filtrée, service de lavage du linge efficace. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Un resto mexicain juste à côté, on peut se déplacer en Uber dans la ville sans problème, et marcher tranquillement dans le quartier. On y retournera avec plaisir !

Close to the airport

There is no signage whatsoever so ever. We arrived late at night and wondered around for ages trying to find the place. There is a buzzer you press which also has no sign. Having just came off a long flight this was very stressful.

I enjoyed my 2 nights, great price and a good location, close to bars, shops and restaurants. Very safe area but found all Guatemala safe, the opposite of what you read online. The staff were very nice and helpful...thank you

Irma fills every position from manager to cleaner. She is charming and helpful and zips around all day like a small rocket, hard at something. The location is a distance from the attractions of Zona 10, but there are a few ok restaurants walkably nearby. I'd go back in a minute.

Great room soooo big, it has everything you need, a desk and hangers and even a little patio. Very clean and comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with soap and towels. 10-15mn walk from the mall, dollar city and coffee shops. 15 mn from airport

A lovely big comfortable room, a nice clean kitchen and a little roof garden to sit in. Irma is lovely and friendly. The location is good in Zona 10.

Very nice room. Comfy bed, great hot shower. Location was close to Oakland Mall and close to La Aurora airport. It is a house with rooms and a big kitchen you can use to prepare your meals.

No complaints. I stayed only one night and it served my purpose. Traffic is so bad on weekdays. Plan your trip to the airport with time since it may take up to 45 minutes during rush hour to get there, from the Hotel , despite the proximity to the airport. I wish someone told me this. I almost lost my flight to Flores.
