To walk in and see such a wonderful view of the town and ocean, was spectacular!
The space, for such a large group, was excellent!
Being able to bring our dogs as well was great!.. I feel they "could've" been inside with us, as they are used to that at home, but, they were fine outside in the back yard, and secure! they got a bit stressed at the thunderstorm, but at least could get into the laundry through the doggie door,, which was awesome!
It was only a few minute drive in car to get onto the main street near the footbridge over to the beach, which was good!
A very nice atmosphere and loved our stay!!
There is not anything I can think of against this place!... I would recommend it to everyone, and would stay again with no hesitation!

Plenty of space, really nice place. Great views and good facilities.
Some of the mattresses were foam which wasn't great for old sore bodies. And no fault of the property- but the neighbours made noise till late in the night both nights we were there.

excellent and pleasant view of the whole beach and close to the beach. Overall condition of the property and management were great and kind and easy access, attracting us go there more often to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lakes Entrance.

House 🏠 is more beautiful than the photos on the website and super clean.
Facilities are good for families and groups but would be great if there is a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Would be nice if the windows can be opened up for some fresh air in downstairs bedrooms.

The house was well equipped and very clean

The sofa needed a plank of wood under the cushions
And a couple of the mattress were a bit uncomfortable
We knew it was a steep block but the drive way was impossible to access for us old ladies

The holiday home exceeded our expectations. The breathtaking view was the highlight of this beautiful home. The house was very tastefully decorated and comfortably accommodated our group. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were very spacious. The house had a lot of toys to entertain the kids. There was a lovely collection of novels and DVDs. The kitchen too was well stocked with plates, pots, pans, cutlery etc. Our host Carol was very prompt with her communication and kept in touch with us throughout and was very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and at the array of supplies/utensils that were supplied.

This place has everything you need attention to detail is amazing, just remember to BYO sheets and towels. I remembered the sheets but forgot the towels, but a khub down the road had $5 towels so all good. Amazing views of the water was a bonus, so much room for the 11 of us to catch up on family time.
All good beds a little squeaky and mattresses are foam on some of the beds - ok for kids but not older persons. The stairs whilst blocked off safely for kids, still very steep for small children and old persons. But during the day you can go outside and down the drive safely to the downstairs flat so that makes it better.
