Everything is ok,. Free Parking, view, cool and chill, clean, food is just nearby, away from busy area.
The hill view is no more natural . Most hill turn to farm. The forklift and lorry nearby company sometime make loud noise.

The house is spacious, quite, and clean. All in order. The guard will hand u the key & point to parking lot. Night view is stunning. Best experience.

Es gab eine Pfanne.
Die Pfannenboden war gewölbt und deshalb für das Ceranfeld nicht geeignet. Vom Gang kann man durch das Fenster in die Wohnung schauen. Da gehört ein Sichtschutz hin.

NO BREAKFAST PRVIDED.
THE ENTRANCE TO THE BASEMENT PARKING IS VERY NARROW. WE HAVE A HUGH MPV SO IT IS VERY DIFF TO MOVE AROUND WITH A LOT OF PILLARS. FORTUNATELY WE ARE ABLE TO GET THE PERMISSION OF THE GUARD TO PARK ALONG THE ROAD INSIDE THE COMPOUND.

Super spacious apartment and the view from the balcony is nice too. Definitely worthy the value of money.

Very good location, because it is close to our family. But not too close to the busy roads. Good restaurants and convenience shops in the neighbourhood in walking distance. Quiet...but some other guests were loud even after midnight. The apartment is relatively new.
NO WIFI or INTERNET connection. But that was known in advance. Staff could not speak English. Some of the gym devices were broken. No weights.

House is very neat and clean, essential things provided (towels, soap, shampoo, instant coffee and tea, toilet paper),. Complete and comfortable facilities.. Great night view 👍🏻..
Is quite far from main town, so you need to calculate your timing for travel properly.

1. Place quite remote if you like quiet place.
2. Two major banks nearby ( CIMB & MBB).
3. 7-11 and Speed mart 99 nearby
4. The main gate GUARD double up as receptionist is very hard working & friendly
1. Water heater not working well---too cold to bath
2. Badminton court -one of the court the floor is wet ( water drip from ceiling) , no sound proof result echo too LOUD
3. Request for early check-in rejected but at 11.30 am , staff start calling you to check-out ?

Water at kitchen sink too slow, water heater at masterbed room mulfunction and worst the way to this apartment surrounded by fruit n vegetable storage.. a lot of pick up vehicle, with rude driver.. road damaged.. they didnt feel guilty when damaging the way.. my car dented because of the damaged road..
