I have stayed before, the room was not like the photo. No lounge chair, no luggage rack. When I tried to call front desk I discovered phone cord was damaged and not plugged in. I had to call from my cell. I asked the front desk if they had a luggage rack, whoever the man was that answered was rather abrupt and say no, we are out and hung up before I could ask if they could get one from another unused room. In the 2 months I had previously been there the place seems to have taken 3 steps back. The fridge is in the bathroom which us ok bur fir heavens sake reverse the door not all of us are contortionist. It can be done, the holes are there. The shower had 3 bottles, one for lotion??? , shampoo, conditioner. The breakfast was a mess, out of fruit most days Out of bread, the little fridge for juice was never fixed the week I was there, no variety on the eggs, you should have a guy there to make basic scrambled or a fried egg. I think one day there was actually bacon. It woukd be nice for country potatoes also. It looked as tho some homeless were sneaking in.

There was a major water leak in our bathroom and they had to put us into a new room to floors for so filthy. Our white socks turned to black.. The room smelled like a heavy smoker used to be in there.. The amount of. People that came off the streets was crazy. Elevators broken. Ice machine is upstairs. Yogurt machine is broken. The recreational room shutdown.. People staring through our windows. No housekeeping service at all.. How's keeping carts were lucky outside for a free-for-all?. The area was very loud disrupted by people. No relaxation.. Shampoo hair conditioner soap or empty in the showers... I could keep going on.

The manager of head housekeeping was wonderful! She helped us find a clean room, all the other rooms were awful and smelled of smoke.

The area was awful, the elevator was broke, and people were yelling all night. The breakfast had no variety. We had a very rude housekeeper instead of her talking poliite she snapped at me like I was a child. I asked for more towels, and she went off on me.

Pressure for deposit and it's been three weeks and no refund

breakfast was ok. why wasn’t ok was we extended our stay a few times and first extension had issues with them and second after paying 519 dollars we were told we couldn’t stay there. also our deposit wasn’t returned. waiting on general manager but need our deposit and the refund. also room was never cleaned and we were forced to leave with them having close to 600 of our money and no proof of return

breakfast but employees were very rude even slamming door to our room and walking away with our things inside that have yet to be returned. also person who worked there in room next to us was smoking in the unit. also traffic noise was close to unbearable keeping us awake most the nights

The room was dirty when we arrived, phone not working. Staff was rude. Will never stay there again. I actually want a refund.

The room we stayed at had no shower door, missing cove base. The safe wasn't working, and I asked if someone could come and check, but nobody showed up.

Front Desk failed to check us in and security repeatedly came to my 84 year old mothers room demanding she leave. The phone in our room did not work, so she stayed up all night afraid to leave her room.

The thing I can say really is its quiet even if its right next to the highway.

There were stains on the bed after looking closer, not to mention a couple of burned patches on the sheets as well. Ik i should have done a complete inspection but i was exhausted and trusted on some of the other reviews but its a hard lesson to check everytime. I dont know how but there were black patches on the ceiling as well. To be quite frank I'd probably never book at this location again.
