The front desk lady was nice.

Oh my gosh: This place was so run down, it looks like it should be abandoned. It smelled of smoke, throughout. The carpets were extremely dirty. Things were in disrepair. Many of the room numbers were missing altogether, or had been replaced by BLACK SHARPIE, written directly on the walls.

The bathroom floor was disgusting, the bed cover had a burn hole! The 2nd floor smelled like Marijuana. Got hot water for 3 minutes!!!

The hotel smelled terribly like cigarette smoke, the room was dirty and the bathroom door was a slider and it wouldn’t shut. Website said free breakfast but there was none. First room had no bedside lamp and plug behind nightstand was laying on the floor. Moved to another room and that was dirty. Hall carpets were very dirty.

The location was easy to find. Plenty of parking and a reasonable price.

A cleaner bathroom should have been provided. Finding pubic hair on the soap dish upon arrival was not welcoming at all. The room smelled like stale smoke and there was no Kleenex in the vanity. After 12 hours on the road I was in no mood to complain, I just wanted to rest. When I went down in the morning for breakfast, there was nothing prepared, not even coffee. I was not informed that the facility was not providing anything or I would have stayed elsewhere. I was so irritated I just left, I did not even bother trying to get my money back. I will not stay at this property again.

Was very quite. Desk clerk was super nice.

2nd floor smelt like cigarette smoke and weed. Hallway looked as if it had not been vacuumed in weeks. Floor of elevator had something spilled in it not cleaned up or vacuumed out. No trash can in my room, sink leaked, house keeping had left dirty wash cloth in the shower fror last visitor.had to make 2 trips back to the desk because my keys did not work.

To start the pool was not available but still listed on your web site no breakfast but also listed on your web site the two items I checked off boxes to be sure it had. The lobby was nice and then it stopped floors smelled like a old smoker house dirty hall and missing numbers on doors stains on everything towels drapes carpets my non smoking room had cigarette burns on the bed spread. you as a web site need to address these issues this is a hotel misleading its patrons and when I asked about it well its on "our "web site was a bad experience and have used your site in the past never have I ever had this much at one hotel be wrong. I have pictures of the stains dirt cobwebs and filth that if your contact me I will gladly send you

The location was halfway to my destination.

They were renovating the pool and breakfast so there wasn't any . When I booked it didn't say anything about renovations. Also stairway was very dirty.

The bathroom fan was broken, carpet was stained. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway.

It was dirty. Dirty sheets. Dirty pillows. Even the curtains were dirty. Whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Very bad place

nothing to like, it’s filthy, the 4th floor felt like an oven and smelled, trash everywhere, looked like there were several homeless people staying there, the pool has no water, the elevator stunk, cigarette butts in the ceiling. we had to sign a waiver that we wouldn’t smoke in the room. had it not been so late, I would have asked for a refund and looked elsewhere.
